It is a disgraceful thing that Dean has admitted to. Makes Anthony Taylor looks poor as well, as he basically said he'd had a bad game and he was protecting him.

I assume he is writing a book and so needs the publicity but really has hindered refs for the future, and also highlights that the refs do make decisions in VAR not for the game but to cover the refs backs
