Even the summer we sold Lambert etc the board knew when enough was enough, refusing to let Schneiderlin go. Letting go one of those two would be just about bearable, letting both go and we're just emptying our squad of all our best players.

Would have loved to have seen Ballard on the bench. Centre forward options are just AArmstrong and Mara. Hopefully Downes can get some minutes and excited to see what Sam A-A can do over the 90.

Blackmore reporting that his absence today doesn’t automatically mean a bid for Adams has been received/accepted but - possibly - that he’s just not in the right head space to be involved. We shall see I suppose…..

It does seem somewhat illogical that Ballard made the bench last week when Adams and Tella were in the squad yet doesn't make it when they aren't...

I was just trying to work out where Che was off to. Everton don’t seem to have the dollar to afford him. Bornmuff have an abundance of Che’s already.

Hopefully our weakest 11 of the season.

Of course the two match winners against both Plymouth and Sheffield Wednesday are gone. Need the others to step up.

Wolves I would have thought. They let Jimenez go and haven't really replaced him.

He played for the U21s last night. Beaten 0-3 by Liverpool.

Way too optimistic.

1 winger with no end product, a 2nd with a couple of promising cameos. Neither i'd be optimstic of scoring.

We should be aiming for top 2 not top 6. With the squad we had on relegation we would have achieved that.

I wouldn’t be in the right head space to pay him this week if that’s the case.
