Remember when everyone went mad on the first female lines person.

Probably a female centre referee somewhere in the men’s game. I think some of you need to stop being sexist.

If a top football league club wanted to hire her then good luck with it. I certainly wouldn’t stop supporting my team if it was us.

I honestly think she could do a better job than Southgate. The men’s squad is at its strongest that I can ever remember and still we haven’t won a trophy with him.

Yes, but Southgate is awful 😂

I doubt if any supporters would stop supporting there team because of someone's gender.

Are you really trying to downplay a coach that’s reached four major international tournament finals in a row, winning at least two of them, to crazy golf level?

Well yeah, as I wasn't talking about the Masters either.

“Major” international tournaments 😂😂😂

The women's world cup in australia has generated the second highest income of any global sport event, behind only the mens world cup. Seems pretty major to me.

FIFA chief Gianni Infantino said on Friday the Women's World Cup had generated more than $570 million in revenue

Is that really the 2nd highest of any global sport...ever?

Here's hoping FIFA are giving a large chunk of that to developing the women's game, if they haven't been doing so already.

That seems to be global revenue. Now ahead of the Tour de France.

the 2019 Rugby Union World Cup was something like £4bn. So the claim is clearly bollox (as per)
