Did Franny call the manager Martin?

On the after match chat with our manager,did Franny inadvertently call the manager Martin instead of Russell? Or was that my awful hearing,not really important,but I thought very funny all the same.

I didn't see it so don't know the context, if he was using it to directly address him then yeah that's weird, if he was just discussing him with the other pundits then they usually use surnames for people they don't personally know and first names when they do personally know them.

The context is that Russell Martin joined the pundits pitchside after the game, Franny asked him a question and called him Martin. It was just an error by Fran, quite humorous to see but he’d have had a word with himself for doing it.

I have the same surname and for 60 years often called by that instead of my Christian name. No big drama. Been called far worse as well.
