A question on FFP in the Championship

OK, so being that we have just been relegated and have a lot of high paid players on our books, no doubt we break FFP with a Championship income. So, will that be held against us? Will we be forced to sell players to lower the wage bill in season one with the parachute payments? If we do not sell Lavia and JWP etc., will that be seen as cheating and keeping a full on PL squad without the income to match it?

I’m sure someone will correct me but I believe FFP is a rolling 3 year cycle so the club doesn’t really have to worry in year 1 as long as some steps are taken and we don’t bet everything on promotion like certain clubs do.

I think FFP rules are different between the championship/EFL and the premier league?

But i don't know what happens re losses in the championship/prem years being considered once a team has been relegated/promoted to the other division.
