10 men or not, we just let Leicester and Utd do exactly what they wanted for 90mins and the players should be ashamed of themselves for the rest of their careers, certainly the ones who were part of two.

There comes a point where professionalism comes into play though, you just have to forget playing any philosophy and just shut the game down. Make it bitty, make it ugly - exactly what Sheff U have done in this second half. The enormous gulf is still there, but they've just dug in a bit.

Tbf Arsenal have eased off but Sheff Utd players are still giving it their all, they are just lack any quality what so ever.

With our 9-0's the players basically gave up.

Mike Dean played a big part in the United 9-0. But, yeah, Leicester were just relentless against us. So many games fizzle out after an early onslaught, like last night, taking Saka off at half time and then bringing on the rest of the squad players throughout the second half (Cedric). But, we just didn't have any answer for Leicester that night. Ayoze Perez became prime Messi. It was embarrassing.

It's like re-living a nightmare.     Bertrand's early red card v Leicester didn't help, but it is remarkable to look back at our midfield that day - JWP, Romeu and Hojberg.    In the Man U debacle Jankewitz got the red card after two minutes, and only JWP was left from that strong midfield we paraded v Leicester.

The Utd one was just a travesty all round. We only had 9 fit senior players and realistically we should have requested to have the game postponed like so many others were for the same reason during Covid, and the officiating was just a sick joke that night.

We started with two kids from the U23s, one of whom got himself sent off after 2 minutes. At face value, the challenge was worthy of a red card, but Dean really should have accounted for the fact that he was a very young lad making his senior debut, and given him a yellow with a final warning of "one more foul and you're off".

We had a goal disallowed because Lee Mason on VAR was somehow able to tell that Che's fingernail was offside, and then he and Dean between them somehow managed to completely ignore the fact that there was no contact from Bednarek on Martial whatsoever and sent him off as well.

It was painful to watch, and obviously reflects badly on everyone involved, but I don't really put it in the same category as the Leicester one because there were far more mitigating circumstances.

I’m glad it’s not just me who thinks this. That game was a 6-1 defeat, at OT, during a massive injury crisis in which Alan Tchaptchet made the only appearance of his professional football career at any level. Jankewitz deserved his red, it was a ludicrous tackle but honestly we didn’t acquit ourselves too badly in that game. It was certainly nowhere near the Leicester performance.

Sheff Utd are appalling, getting battered every week, but they still don’t sink to the lows of conceding 9. To have done it twice in 2 years is pretty remarkable.

Leicester winning. No idea how they lost the last couple of games as they look incredibly dangerous with every attack.

it's showing. They can't get out of their own half. Leicester still look like the best side in the league to me.

Leeds pummellig Stoke too.

Leeds and Leicester will both win comfortably.

Ipswich don't look great so far against Bristol City but they often do this and grab a late goal.

Complacency...? Been comfortably a long way in front all season, head and shoulders above anything else in this league.

Tbf whenever I've seen them they've been really good but they miss so many chances.

Yeah I have rarely been impressed with Ipswich but they always seem to just about do enough, and sure they will tonight.

McKenna has done a superb job getting that group of players to be firmly in contention for automatic promotion. Fair play.

Would be incredibly depressing to have to win tomorrow just to maintain the gap, but it looks like that's where it's heading.

Typical Ipswich, quite hard to see what they do especially well and yet could have scored 5 in this half.

Bristol City been pathetic since Wells missed the chance for 2-0.
