A mix of investors and fan owned with big Micky, Mike Wilde, Mark Jackson as the investors and Um Pahars to head up the Saints Trust bit of it The thing is the club is too big to be 'fan owned'. I'm close to someone involved with Exeter City, and the club operates on a real shoestring with player sales ensuring the club can keep going, for saints it would mean minimal signings and probably a life bumbling around the bottom half of the championship if not league one. 1

Maybe this is the way things should go once the super league finally happens. Or at minimum, 50+1 style ownership as in Germany. Heaven forbid all the yanks take our clubs over and play havoc with the league system in the same way they're messing with the world right now. 1

And they would rename it The Saints Influencers Trust, where only those deemed to be sufficiently worthy (and not sotonians as they seemingly hate actual sotonians) would be helped 1

Everything's gone downhill off the pitch since i moved away, maybe a return to the yard to take back the manor is needed? The DEF can reform as the SO14 Mandemn start some proper influencer wars and put these bluds back in their box bro.

With his eye for spotting young players such as Kayne McLaggon, Jake Thomson and Jake Sinclair at a young age anyone would be mad not to include him.

I agree and certainly there will be a superleague within the next 10-15 years. I'm not going to have a huge pop at the yanks, despite the media frenzy what is happening at Wrexham is a good thing and US owners at Birmingham & Orient aren't trying to destroy the clubs but quite the opposite.

I thought so too until recently, but I've come to realise there will always be a cultural divide. It's all fun and games until they collectively decide something that would be abhorrent to us, like fuck around with the promotion/relegation system and only then would the fans suddenly realise their clubs resemble MK Dons a little too much, a little too late.

Perhaps Duncan could reveal his paperwork alongside a kit launch? I actually posted the paperwork on here at the time and got a call from MLT threatening me with the police unless I removed it. He also told me I was going to cause the collapse of the takeover if I didn't immediately take it down. I then got a call from Lynham threatening me with the police as I wouldn't tell him who gave me the paperwork. Needless to say I never heard from the police but I did get a call from Leon about a week later asking me for all the "consortium members" contact details because he was trying to get some of his money back. I guess its all funny now but at the time Liebherr came close to walking away because of Pinacle - I wonder what would have happened next and where we would be today?
