Yet on the link I shared which you replied that it was two years  ago so made sense then, which by your own admission led to vast support from the west had this image on it soon as you open the link.

I think it’s aintforver suggesting that pal

for example his statement that that protests against Russia made sense two years ago when it started but are completely pointless now

You are getting all confused Baby Reindeer. The Protests against Russias invasion made sense when the people protesting thought public opinion might have some sort of effect on what Russia were doing. The situation now is obviously different.

Got it so they didn’t make sense because unlike Israel the UK government was not politically involved in the creation of the states but they did make sense because when the war started they might have Influenced Russian activity and the government backing but it wouldn’t really have had much effect and how the government or putin reacted so pretty pointless really and don’t make sense now. And you say im confused 🤣🤣🤣

I generally have respect for anyone who gets motivated enough to protest. Apathy is the biggest danger to not making the powers accountable. Protest clearly has worth even when not getting instant results and need more of it. EDL cunts excepted

It’s impossible to tell what effect protests have had, just stop oil hasn’t stopped oil but that doesn’t mean it hasn’t influenced government policy. Likewise we don’t know wether international opinion hasn’t stopped Israel committing more atrocities than it has. 

I don’t believe they achieve much but in a democracy public opinion matters and I expect people in power do take some notice.

Protests will never work anymore as we showed the governments and elite rulers of the world that they can walk all over us after all the acquiescing during Covid. They know 90% of u will do what u are told, when you are told and with knobs on it. So, protests are an utter waste of time as they will ignore you all and carry on doing what they want.

If Alanis Morrissette needs a decent example of irony, she needs to be pointed in this direction.

For those of you who don’t know their history, in October 1936 Oswald Mosley led a small army of some 3000 fascists (right wing thugs) into the East End where there was a large population of Jewish people. They were “supported” by some 6000 police from the Met, most mounted. I say supported because they seem to direct their aggression and arrests at the defenders rather than Mosley’s Blackshirts.

They were confronted by approx. 10,000 people made up of Socialists (Lefties and Pinkos), Trade Unionists, Communists and British Jews.

Mosley and his thugs were turned back in what became known as The Battle of Cable Street.

We now have a large group of right wing thugs supporting Israel and using the current situation in Gaza to whip up hatred against Muslims. Are we to believe that they are now  accepting of Israel/Jewish people, or are they just using the situation in Gaza to pour fuel on Islamophobia? 

Isn’t it ironic that a group of people with such a deep, inbred hatred of Jewish people are now putting that to one side and directing their hatred towards Irsrael’s enemies instead?

Given she played God in Dogma, she needs to be careful which causes she shows support for as there could be serious religious repurcussions.
