You mean like this when we sign a left back from Swansea..... I'm sure he'll say it's "bants" or he's just "cooking the fans" but it makes our fanbase look like a laughing stock

I have a feeling (maybe wrong) that quite a few of the twitter generation are in for a rude awakening this season.

Pretty sure a song reverberating around St Marys when we played our first game in the championship after the last  PL relegation was "we're only here for a season"

 As I say, hope I am wrong.

Agree with this. As they say it's harder to get out the Championship than stay in the PL. I recall in 2005 we just drew so many games, we couldn't seem to figure out how to win games. Losing to Luton in our second game was a wake-up call to a lot of our fans. 

As you say the twitter folk will be in for a reality check as the Championship isn't easy.

I think it depends entirely in the context.

Twitter is a cesspit. Some good, some bad, some repetitive, some annoying, and some just downright abysmal.

There are probably muppets out there that think like that, but I wouldn’t tar Rob with that brush.

At least the club will be relieved Andrew is okay with "Stuey" leaving, after Hat Kunt threatened to riot if Van Dijk was sold the club will no doubt court the opinions of fans before any sales are made. What happened to Hat Kunt, does he still go?

Can confirm he is talking about me haha.

Sent him a dm after his greenwood tweets basically saying 'dont contact me in the future' and stuff as he had been trying to get on my spaces more etc.

He then basically blamed the entire saints fan base as to why he was hated. I said that he is hated because he is a r@pist sympathiser. He then inferred that people dont like him because he is close to nigerian players or something (idk why anyone would be jealous of that). He then went on about known haters of his and whatnot. Pretty much chatting shit. Then i blocked his number.

Never claimed to be Saints' biggest fan (idk where people get that from). I can assure you Dez I have a full head of hair so I am not an egghead. What an absolute weapon.

Not in any way a Rob fan but Dez is a total whack job so I know who is side with. The fact he tried to defend Greenwood speaks volumes.

I remember having an exchange with him regarding Aribo towards the end of last season and he was trying to make the case that Aribo was hard done by. Absolute spanner.

I have to say i found him annoying before any of that greenwood bollocks cos no matter how badly a nigerian plays around the world he's a "top top baller" and will "cook" despite evidence that most of the people he says this about are fucking fucking shit

I don’t disagree, it’s not right but equal if you’re stupid enough to pay when it’s on TV I’ve no sympathy.

Sky have done us southerners a favour in saving the trip up. 😉

I can assure you, no neutrals will be watching us play Sunderland at 12:30 on a Saturday. Especially as there will be a Premier League game on TNT Sport at the same time. 

Simple answer is, if you aren't happy with the time change don't go. Sky aren't going to read this tweet and change the time are they? "Everyone we've upset the voice of the Southampton fans, we better move the game back to 3pm"

I don't even know what song tune this is even supposed to be. I admire our fans trying but this is abysmal. Up there with "oh Piere Hoijberg" as one of our worst chants.

Using the words "oh yeah" embarrassing.

Pretty obvious what song the tune is to I'd have thought. The first line and last lines are the same and the last line features the name of the song.
