AlexLaw76 Posted 13 May, 2023 Posted 13 May, 2023 Anyone else watching this? Going to be a wonderful explosion of all things Scouse and rainbows Marvellous
CB Fry Posted 13 May, 2023 Posted 13 May, 2023 Quite like the look of our entry Mae Muller but I'd be really nervous about letting her wank me off. 1 2

whelk Posted 13 May, 2023 Posted 13 May, 2023 BBC 6pm News ran with it for first 10/15 mins. Ok a positive story for a change but felt like I was watching the One Show.

Lighthouse Posted 13 May, 2023 Posted 13 May, 2023 Just flicked over to see if the Israeli woman has been on yet and they’re showing clips of various UK cities in between acts. We’ve had Clifton Bridge and the Angel of the North, has Southampton been on yet? I’d hate for Europe to miss out on a video of a tramp taking a dump between the wheelie bins, behind Orange Rooms.
Turkish Posted 13 May, 2023 Posted 13 May, 2023 2nd last ahead of the Germans. Fucking Tory abomination. This would never happen under labour
AlexLaw76 Posted 14 May, 2023 Author Posted 14 May, 2023 An Israeli came 3rd - disgraceful We need to have a public enquiry with a formal apology from the PM
whelk Posted 14 May, 2023 Posted 14 May, 2023 (edited) Always feels very predictable. I know fuck all about entries but Bookies had Sweden 2/5 to win so they clearly knew. I thought Austrian’s song about Edgar Alan Poe was the best of what I saw. Quite fancied the blond lass too Edited 14 May, 2023 by whelk

badgerx16 Posted 14 May, 2023 Posted 14 May, 2023 (edited) Croatia's song was about Lukashenko giving ( moron pyscopath ) Putin a tractor for his birthday. In the spirit of Ed Sheeran we also tried to work out the influences on the various songs; Sweden's entry was clearly derived from 'The Winner Takes It All', others ripped off Imagine Dragons and David Bowie. AlexLaw76 Posted 15 May, 2023 Author Posted 15 May, 2023 The Edgar song is pretty crap but annoyingly catchy. The winner was actually good (IMO)
revolution saint Posted 15 May, 2023 Posted 15 May, 2023 Flicked on to catch the voting but ended up hearing the UK entry for the first time. How bad must Germany have been to be worse than ours? Appreciate it's subjective and it's not my kind of thing anyway but thought the UK entry was really, really awful.

I will have to suffer the Germans again at the end of June as they are supporting Iron Maiden in Manchester.

What, the entire nation? That's a lot to fit into Manchester. Edited 15 May, 2023 by revolution saint
