I sincerely hope that you are correct and I am mistaken,  but I see very little leadership in this group of players, especially once we go behind.

We have some good players.  We are just ridiculously poorly coached and disgracefully led on/off the pitch.  The whole approach at the club, with staff hemorrhages, stinks.

Just look at Bournemouth. Everyone assumed they would finished dead-last....we have a better squad than them

Jones attitude and demeanor combined with the poor results meant he had to go. But we didn't have to replace him with Selles.

Along with the fact from the moment he walked through the door a majority had already turned on him. But that’s been covered before

Genuine question: if you were a rich Pompey fan and wanted to sabotage your local rivals, what would you do differently to what Sport Republic have done this season? Anything?

Sports republic have to really be owned by the fishy lot surely 😂

This whole team gets dicked in the championship. Anyone who thinks that next season will simply be a new dawn where everything is OK is in for a rude awakening.  This club is fucked from top to bottom, mess.

The team won’t look anything like this one next season hopefully.

I genuinely can't think of any other explanation...

Must win game. Sideways. Backwards. Narrow. No width. Take off attackers. Take the 0-1.

Tells the story of the season. Still, there's always Liverpool next at home eh?

If you were Dom Ballard you’d probably be pushing for a move. Week after week he doesn’t get a look in and the incumbents ahead of him are utterly pathetic. If you’re good enough ,you’re old enough

To be fair, it's quite rare for a young player to give a good account of himself in a relegation campaign, particularly at the end of one. Only instance I can think of is Adam Lallana in 2008 when we stayed up.

Laughable. Too easy. Why is anyone left in the stadium?

To give the players and directors box some polite applause?

Thank the players for their efforts this season.

I laughably thought that Saints would now go and win their last 3 games just to piss us all off. They couldn't even manage that.

Fear the worst from the next two games. Utter humiliation.

I honestly believe it can't be worse than today. This is beyond pathetic

If there's any Saints fans left in the stadium before the end of the game then they should consider themselves part of the problem (and that includes you too Rishi!)

Pathetic defending. No pressure on the cross, and Walker-Peters marking Mitrovic with all the fight and strength of a sickly kitten. Bloke has phoned it in all season, but has flown under the radar with so much flak flying around for the other shirkers and shit munchers.

Welp, three and out. Relegation finally confirmed. Bye.

Yeah let's not start ever criticising fans for showing support whilst sat here on a forum.

"Part of the problem"...

Has Gary birtles got a learning disability? He's still saying we should have left Onuachu on.

No, he's just a twat

Is there really any reason why Selles should stay in charge for the last two games? Seems an absolute wast of time now that we know where we're heading.

2-0 down, bring on djeneppo and ely. Genius

As opposed to what? Nothing Selles does really matters any more, he can bring on Keith Chegwin for all I care.

Sack him and tell the players to do what they want. Should be funny.
