I don’t know how many times it needs to be said, rassmus js effectively SR, he’s going absolutely nowhere.

The best we can hope for is the purchase of another club to keep him away from us day to day.

Definitely Semmens at the end of the season.

Rasmus won’t be going anywhere, sadly.

Doris. She's fucked the tea up four times now. No idea why she finds it so difficult but it's time for a change.

The rot started with Doris, if that particular monster had been culled when small we’d probably be the champions league now. Bloody Doris, it’s always the 1 percenters that let you down!

Surely as a minimum one of Semmens or Rasmus is gone? Depends where the power ultimately lies - Rasmus or Dragan... Rasmus won't sack himself sadly, and Semmens is just about the last remaining fall guy he can fall on.

We have no head of recruitment currently (shields), Hale (academy manager is off), Wilcox yet to start as Crockers replacement in the DoF role, and no one in to Tony Steele? I fear we will once again be at the whims of Rasmus come the summer - at a time when we'll be replacing the manager, trying to work out which players are committed to the promotion fight, getting good deals done for those that are off, and sorting out replacement / new signings... Have to say i do admire the optimism of some - everything about us looks like a basket case at present 😰😂

He owns Sport Republic. Dragan is just the investor behind Sport Republic. So... in theory, Dragan can pull out and we're just left with... Rasmus. Wept.

Nope.

He 'owns'  Sport Republic UK LTD - that company has one 'person' with significant control, which is Sport Republic Holding LTD

Sport Republic Holding LTD has one person with significant control which is Dragan Solak.

The devil is in the detail - Dragan 'owns' the company that has control over the company that Rasmus has shares in.  Rasmus effectively owns a bit of paper.

it's going to be at least one of semmens, ankersen or kraft - as the latter two have some sort of stake in the club it'll be semmens as a well deserved fall guy

I don't know why people struggle to follow this.

The ONLY company that has a 'stake' in the club is Sport Republic Holding LTD which has ONE shareholder, Dragan (Ankerson and Kraft were removed from that company as shareholders in December 2021).

All other companies are 'shell' companies in terms of ownership / shareholders.

Southampton Football club limited is the operating company at the bottom of the pyramid and produces the operating statements and annual accounts relating to the club.

That is controlled by St Mary's Football Group LTD.

That is controlled by Sport Republic UK LTD

That is controlled by Sport Republic Holding LTD

That is controlled by Dragan Solak.

All roads lead to Dragan!

Whilst the other companies have 'shareholders' these are purely for voting rights at AGMs / Board meetings.

n.b. I appreciate there is more nuance around funding the club and activities, but this is a simplistic representation of the ownership structure of the club.

Calm down - I don't struggle at all thanks. I merely said some sort of stake..... seems I was right with my prediction ;)

Although Ankerson & Kraft were removed from Sport Republic Holding Ltd, surely they're closer linked to Dragan than Semmens - so the latter is the first to go. The old school are being removed but would Ankerson leave without Dragan also leaving? I get the impression they come as a pair.

Rasmus Ankersen. He's very quickly being found out, and despite what many people think he's very sackable.

(Rasmus is on the board but Dragan put in all the money and owns all the shares)

Rasmus is part owner of the company, it's not just a case of a 'sacking'.
