Very good point probably should have won but take that every day. Big opportunity now with two home games this week. 4 points or more from them would be lovely

It's two points lost given the circumstances, but a result we'd have taken beforehand. The same issues that have cropped up all season in terms of attacking quality costing us again in a big moment. Questionable subs again from Selles and that should realistically be the end of the Walcott experiment. Very happy for Bazunu who finally had the game he's needed for a long while. JWP brilliant as well.

Absolutely have to go and beat Brentford on Wednesday.

Point sadly not good enough. If we’d gone down to 10 men they’d have gone for it and won. We haven’t got goals

Respectfully disagree - come the end of the season that might prove be a very, very valuable point. And that's one goal conceded in 4 games under Selles, with 3 clean sheets. Lots to build on.

I'd have taken the draw before kick-off so far from a disaster but it still feels like an opportunity missed. Our lack of creativity gets exposed against 10 men as strange as that sounds.

MOTM Gavin Bazunu - That was his first great game for us in my view. He made a couple of real quality saves and looked composed throughout. We leave with a point today thanks to him so big well done. Our forwards let his performance down.

Crazy logic. A point against United away even if they are down to ten is still a massive result for us. Don't care what anyone says, that's a great result for us.

And yet Theo did more in the game than both Mara and AA. If rather see someone like Ballard coming off the bench than AA but it seems he's not ready.

If you don't manage to win the game... don't lose it. At least we had a go.

I can run quicker than Walcott. Guy was running in quicksand on that through ball. It comes to us all in the end. Should have buried the header which was good movement from him and a great Peraud chip in. Unlucky.

Fair result in the end.

1 point gained v 2 points lost.

1 point gained for me, given where we are in the league...but....

We have 1 more than we started - you cannot lose points unless through financial misdeeds.

Yep, both terrible players. I honestly don’t see how Ballard could be a worse option than either of them.

Really good game of football to watch end to end stuff 👏

Shame about our finishing

Thought Lavia was outstanding

Should take alot of confidence from this. Just need to work on final 3rd taking chances

It’s easy to forget how shit we were when we used to beat relegation. This is a good point, and it’s a point we didn’t expect. Still find it difficult to score, and that is not going to be useful in the remaining games. But successive clean sheets is a big plus.

We’re playing well enough to stay up, that’s an excellent point to pick up.

Picking up all three would have been massive, but making up a point on 12th this weekend does quite a lot for our chances of getting ahead of three teams.

We've got one of the best dead ball strikers but never threaten from corners. So frustrating.

Was hoping big Paul might be the answer but it seems not.  Said it a million times but I'd like to see something different from our corners, maybe go short, as they are so ineffective.

Stu A had a poor half too.  Doesn't seem to want to make runs or find space.  Struggled to get involved.

Still, a point away from home and all that.

That table makes for very sobering reading.  When you’re bottom it doesn’t matter how many heroic draws you achieve - it’s three points that gets you out of the mire and we’re just not capable even against 10 men. Shocking how few shots on target our strikers got away…I stand by the contention that’s what will relegate us.

Can see it being a low points total required to stay up the lowest is 34 to date ;cant see it being much more than that tbh so just over a point a game and you probably stay up -would be a big 3 points against Brentford .

Disagree. Teams at Old Trafford playing against ten will still lose to United. This point is huge for us

Excellent team performance. Very happy with a point.

We could have done better in a couple of moments, however so could have Man Utd.

Hats off to Bazunu, Lavia, Walker Peters and Bednarek who were all immense.

Agree that walcott did way more than Mara or either Armstrong, sulemana looked ok as well.

shout out to our favourite villain JanB, thought he played well and kept everyone calm.

Need a few more late night beers to calm the nerves after that, lucky I’ve got tomorrow off.

He was incredible and could play for any team in this league and not look out of place.

Too bad the 3 key moments fell to players who can't score.

Walcott header, straight at De Gea.

Walcott breakaway, no pace to make it an easy finish.

Aarm chance, a reasonable striker just puts it far post but he papped himself and passed it to noone.

Too bad JWPs free kick was slightly too high and the KWP effort  didn't go post and in.

If we can beat Brentford that's a good point. Lose Wednesday and not so much.

Kinda how I see it. Walking away, feels like 2 points dropped. Probably more because of other results than ours.

We have a clear lack of quality and composure in the final 3rd and I think that’ll be our downfall. Don’t see to have enough to put teams away.

Difficult to assert as they've only gone down to 10 against one other team this season - Palace. Utd were already 2-0 up and still won the game. So not a bad point at all for us.

Not that you'd know it from this forum, but 1/3 of the points we've claimed this season have come in the last 4 games.

As soon as these two came on, our attacking threat died away. Not sure the Theo experiment has run its course but surely we can't keep giving AA a chance.

Played so well. Good confidence boost. Still need 5 wins....starting with Brentford on Wednesday 😀

Thanks for the links Disco Stu and Juice...caught much of it between interruptions and pauses...like when we were getting shots cleared off the line and hitting the bar.

A good point we'd all have taken at the beginning of the game, but can't help but feel three were there for the taking.

Talk about a lack of a goalscoring cutting edge. Played quite well but some odd substitutions. Walcott stayed on way too long - Onuachu should have been given 30 mins. Che off before Walcott?

The game was screaming for an Edozie to run at tired defenders.

Walcott deserves to keep his place as he is causing problems for the opposition. I would rather see Djenepo on the bench than Armstrong.

Very happy with that point, certainly more than most had anticipated. I was waiting for the ref to try and even it up but I thought he had a very good game. Still not totally convinced about the ABK handball in the first half but not often you get away with things at Old Trafford.
This team looks a million miles away from the crap that Jones had them playing. They are passing and moving, no hoofball. Only a few points from safety and I’m starting to believe.

Guys we have played since the valencian virtuoso has been in charge.

Chelsea away - win

Leeds away - loss

Leicester home - win

Man U away - draw

Lets temper the outrage

A run of results that provides hope in what previously felt like a hopeless season. Lack of goals still a massive concern.

That was possibly the most entertaining 0-0 draw I've ever seen as well.

Lavia is wonderful, such a brilliant central midfielder. His awareness and decision making are incredible for one so young.

People saying its two points dropped are foolish. It's very much a point gained.

Disagree. We played against 10 men for the majority of the game and missed some really, really big chances.

For us to get anything at the big clubs we need, a bit of luck and them not to be at their best and for us to take our chances.

We had the luck (10 men) and United weren’t great, but we didn’t do our bit.

It was a very good performance, in front of goal, aside though.

Fee like swapping out Adams and sulemena came too early, we were on top and id have liked to have seen another 10 mins of them.

No way we looked like the team at the bottom with that display. Great point that could make the difference at the end of the season. Need to play like that every game, obviously putting the ball in the net now and then will be handy as well. UTS
