Protests etc.

Agreed, although Dragan may attend. Though technically SR are the owners and Rasmus is the king there - i.e. Dragan is the money man, not the boss.

Not saying we should do what Everton's fans did, but they certainly got a reaction by making the atmosphere extremely vociferous for the board - sit ins, protests at the training ground etc.

SR's approach to Jones has been weak as well. "A stay of execution" - what does that really mean? Are they hoping he'll turn it around? As fans that message surely says that if we kick off enough, he'll be gone... But kicking off and creating a toxic atmosphere will cost us points and increase the likihood of relegation. They'd have been better off saying that he is staying until the end of the season / until relegation, or sacking him imo. Instead they've left uncertainty where increased toxicity will fester.

As Dragan is the money man he is the boss. Ankersen is nominated CEO, and I don't know the shareholding of each in SR, but I'm guessing the vast, vast majority is in Dragans name. If you put the money in why would it be any different. Thus if Dragan wants Ankersen out, Ankersen is out.

Simple search on companies house....

Sport Republic LTD has 1 'person' who has significant control of over 75% of the shares (safe to assume 100% as there is only 1 person) and that is 'Sport Republic Holding Ltd' :

Similarly, Sport Republic Holding Ltd has 1 person who has control and that is Dragan Solak :

Pretty safe to assume then that Dragan has 100% control over SR, via SR Holdings.....

Has control, but is not the only shareholder. Kraft and Ankersen also shareholders.

My company has two directors but I am the only one with ‘significant control’. Could be any number of share holders.

Second picture shows that Dragan owns more than 75% of the shares - safe to assume 100% - of SR Holdings.

It's not shown in the pic, but companies house states SR Holdings owns more than 75% of the shares of SR Ltd.

Not every company is set up the same...

I agree, just saying there could be more share holders. There could be any number of set ups here. The long and the short of it is that Dragan is ultimately the end boss.

Kraft and Ankerson are directors of SR.

Significant control and share ownership of SR is held by SR Holdings.

That is not quite correct.

Kraft and Ankerson are shareholders in SR Holdings, with no corporate shareholders up the chain on SR Holdings (per D&B).

Dragan has control (most of the shares and controls the voting rights), but does not have the only shareholding/ownership interest.

He’s somehow still here stinking the place out.

Whare the plan?

We don't really have any organised fans groups so I don't think you'll see much coordination.

Out of interest if they sack Jones is that enough or do you continue to protest against the board?

The board should resign as well. This was their appointment. They didn’t just get it a bit wrong. They made a monumental cock up. They cannot be trusted to appoint our next manager. They compounded their cluster fuck by not sacking him after last week’s performance, decision making by Jones and that humiliating interview.

My protest is fuck going to the Grimsby game

It's the sort of game I'd usually be buzzing for, 5th round of the cup under the lights , decent away following adding to the atmosphere but even I can't see myself going,  expect a very small crowd if nothing has changed

Yup I’ll go if they sack him, I’m not going to another game I have to pay money for until he’s gone. He’s a disgrace.

And to answer your prior question, I want the manager out, I don’t want the board out, despite the bad decision appointing him. I think they have the best interests of the club at heart, and have the financial backing which enables us to compete longer term.
