I know people have said Lemina was booked for dissent, but was it possibly a second yellow for a foul slightly earlier, which the ref allowed play advantage and when the play stopped the ref then booked him?

It did seem a strange booking, the ref had his yellow card out very early. Unless Lemina shouted something terrible from distance I’m struggling to see the dissent, players get away with all sorts of terrible language.
