Jeez. 7.15 ko!

Difficult enough to get to night games as it is let alone an earlier start.

Reminds me of the JPT!

Proper devalues the competition, just make it £10 for adults and £1 for kids and try to make it at least 20k crowd.

We've already got Leicester home a few days later where kids can get for £1 so shouldn't be more than that

I thought Luton were one of the bestest sides in Europe - how can they be losing to Lg 2 opposition......

No, no, no. Luton weren’t one of the bestest, the manager at the time was and they are never gonna be as good without his supreme football knowledge

Grimsby win!

Hopefully that means home fans in the Northam like me won't get moved......

Think you'll be fine, can't see them bringing more than 3000 midweek fair trek that.

Home to 16th in league Two in 5th round of the cup, can't complain with that draw.

If I was NJ and the Saints coaching staff I’d show that finish to Che and suggest he takes note of what a composed finish looks like!!

Billy Sharp has scored 6 goals in the Premier League in his entire career.

But then why have they got better since he left... 😨

Unless its the infamous momentum curve in action 😏.

This is like a cup final for them. Wouldn't be surprised if they took a load of fans with them.

We played Grimsby in 1978? and drew at home and away with a 2nd replay at Filbert Street, Leicester.

A car load of us were amongst a hardy band of Saints fans vastly outnumbered by members of the 'Cod Army'

We won, thanks to a brace by Phil Boyer, but the Grimsby fans were very enthusiastic and I reckon there will be a decent turnout from them at St Marys

Tickets go om sale tomorrow for this adult tickets are £15 .

Surprisingly Grismby have taken the whole end - fantastic support if they can sell 5000 on a Wednesday night on national tv.
Fair pay to them.

Huge respect to Grimsby if they managed to bring that on a Wednesday, big game for them getting to 5th round they must be a bit gutted to be playing us.

They'll bring their blow up fish with them as well

Just been looking in one of their forums - they will bring quite a few so definitely hats off.

£15 seems excessive tbh

I think so but seems standard cup pricing  now, it is round 5 to be fair, worth going as we might actually score a goal in open play and the away end will be one of the liveliest to visit this season so decent atmosphere

We have Leicester at home a few days later which is a CAT D game, cheapest adult tickets £15 (£10 if you're a premium member and junior members can get tickets for £1,) makes FA Cup game seem too much.

Does anybody know why we started giving the whole northam away in recent years? The 15% rule has been there for years but I remember loads of cup games where we still had some fans in the northam.

Is it to make segregation easier? Bit shit really and hands an advantage to the opposition.

Ipswich home was first time I remember it, it used to be we'd just lose block 42 and a bit of block 41 as segregation, now lose the whole lot - one to raise at the  next fans forum!

You forgot the £27.50 booking fee ;)

Don't, we've had so many home cup ties this year and every time it drives me nuts, 6 tickets print at home, that will be £9 booking fee please, thieving bastards- another point for the next fans forum!

I and my (handful) of Saints fan  mates from Nottingham Uni were there as well. We went by train and who did we see getting off the train with us at Leicester? None other than Brian Clough and Peter Taylor.

I questioned this last season as I too was fucked off that we started handing over the whole of the Northam when we never used to. The reply I got from the club was that it’s now done under police advice to get some kind of licence. I replied asking why we can’t just carry on using the segregation in the concourse and add extra netting to reduce their allocation as per the rules but never got an answer.

Load of bollocks if you ask me, isn’t that much different to a normal match day.
