Palace 1-2 Saints - The Treble is Alive!

Getting very outplayed here. Palace playing like we used to at our best: quick, crisp one touch pass and move, shift defence to attack very well. We look ponderous and out of ideas, any time we get forward we cut back and let them regroup.

AMN is stealing a living, terrible player.

Trying to find some positives, and I have.

My baked beans with chopped chorizo and cheese is bloody fantastic.

Anyone got a better lunch on the go?

I heard there's a new system admin, he's not very good but he's apparently learning. You can contact him via n.jones@saintsweb.co.uk

Not soon enough

Surely there will be a bit of dissent in our weak fan base now? Surely

In a side that is struggling, can we really afford to have Aribo playing in the hole and just allowed to `float' around the pitch as the game goes on around him?

Yet to see him have a touch, make a tackle or do anything at all.

Edozie switched sides with AA.

Homemade Mac and cheese. Very splendid. Unlike the shite on my telly.

When we have the ball, palace just stand off and within 2 passes we've given it back to them.

That's an absolute disgrace for professional footballers.

and with the greatest of respects, he isn’t a miracle man. He did exceed the metrics to get this role though.

Not a lunch but I managed to accurately fart the first verse to God Save The King. I really am quite proud of myself so the result today has become a bit of an irrelevance really.

Just made myself some creamed mushrooms on toast with bacon lardons and a poached egg.

Just finished off the last of the Christmas Stilton. Lovely with some red onion chutney on cornish wafers.

May go shopping for some new shoes in a bit, better then following the misfortunes of the millionaires wearing our colours humiliating themselves.

Not usually one for slagging the team but they are right. This football is shit.

Commentator: “the away fans are already audibly not best pleased……and nor should they be”.

I’ve said Saints are predictable for ages. This is why I bet against them 🤷🏻‍♂️

If you had put a tenner on us losing to Liverpool and then rolled over winnings to bet on Brighton, Fulham and Forest would have £350. Bloody obvious to bet against us every game at mo

I have just had the hottest faux chicken wrap in the entire world ever. Too hot to be honest, and although the crispy fresh lettuce and tomato and mayo was cooling, I now can't feel my face.

Which only adds to the numb feeling of watching Saints.

We have passed it, but just don't seem to be able to fashion anything at all. When Palace actually get it, they seem to find it easy to run through us.

Aribo getting on the ball a bit more now. Come on Saints.

Hate to say it but being old enough to remember the occasion, every game is like watching re-runs of the Leeds match in the 70's with the opposition looking like world beaters, freely knocking the ball around at will.
