Do the club still send ticket update emails, when you are eligible for away games etc?

Like I'm eligible for Brentford, never got an email. 

Used to get them and checked the settings, marketing etc, ticked, so maybe they don't send anymore?

I got one last night for Brentford, ironically during their 3-1 win over Liverpool.

Yeah, I think they only send it to people with the details of when they go on sale to different people rather than one when it's your turn.
