This is the trouble, all of these players will get new teams but we'll be stuck supporting Saints in the lower leagues. They don't give a flying fuck do they. Barely trying.

Good luck to any of the teams that pick up shite like Salisu. They're going to need it.

He doesn't have a clue. Are you watching this?

Yes. He looks like a rabbit in the headlights. I expected better performances than this but this isn’t isolated, nor is it the nadir quite yet.

But this lot has got away with it for years. Utter bottlers. And they’ll all wave goodbye without a care in the world in the summer.

They don't understand what position they're meant to be in...

That’s a definite they keep looking at each other in a confused manner.

Good riddance. Not many are good enough for this league

The only thing in the blokes favour is that he should never have been offered the job. You can’t blame him for accepting. Hopelessly out of his depth and currently drowning in public view.

I don’t want to say it but it’s just all a bit “Liz Truss” with this guy.  He’s going to turn us in to (more of) a laughing stock.

I’d rather we take the stick for acknowledging early what a bad appointment he’s been.

So we can all agree Nathan Jones is nowhere near ready for a premier league job?

He has somehow taken a bad situation and made it worse.  And I didn't think that was possible.  Ankersen needs to accept his mistake and move on - quickly.  Or he has hoodwinked our owner into spending £100m on an asset he has relegated in his first season in charge.

Can't even muster the energy to be angry. This is just really sad to watch.

At least you can’t blame Bazunu today. Although you probably will find a way 👍

NJ biting his nails. Not a good look is it.

It'd be funny if it wasn't us.

Biting his nails because of what he sees on the pitch and has no ideas, or biting his nails because he knows he’s getting the sack in the morning 🙏🏼

Yoshida is at the game again. New manager ?

Now that would be totally out of nowhere but I'd take him like a shot.

Honestly the likes of Jones, Lampard, Gerrard etc etc really don't deserve a PL job without at least achieving promotion from the Championship or decent success in a top 5 league abroad.

Arteta can be the exception to that

The even sadder news is that they will doubtless give the manager more time. Like telling the waves to go back.

Jones hadn’t even experienced Premier League football even as a player.  An absolutely baffling appointment.
