You can thank my lad and his mates. They made the trip from Weston for the Newcastle game and Ralph was sacked.

They made another trip yesterday and today we have this great news.

Trouble is, he now can't go again if we start doing well!!

Ah the bittersweet joy of supporting Saints. The Rasmus giveth (Jones sacking) and the Rasmus taketh away (Bruce appointment). On the plus side his stats are among the best in Europe and we've been tracking him for 18 months.

  • AlexLaw76 changed the title to Nathan Jones - Sacked (Official)!

Not even a Thank You or best luck in your future endeavours from the Club in its official statement. That's gratitude for you.

Jesus christ, you can see already he is well out of his depth...Brighton look like Barcelona on acid.

Jones' CV is very poor and we have promoted him well beyond what he deserves.

He will not be our manager next season and kind of hope Sports Republic (who are horrific owners) would do a Watford - the football is terrible - Hoooooooof

My greatest thread ever.

What a strange few months that was, still think our problems run deeper though , players need to take some of the blame and the board

Surely this proves the existence of God? Ironic huh...

Maybe it proves it’s gods will for us to be relegated. Also for Nath to find his calling away from football as a fitness coach for elite athletes

I reckon we'll end up with a proper curveball. Some fella from a far flung league that we've never heard of. Or Scott Parker.

Yep, problems run from the top down. Semmens is a clown and needs getting rid of too. Also far too many changes in the players in a short time. I think it something like 15 of our squads have been signed in the last two windows with barely any of them better than the ones they replaced  it can work but more often than not doesnt.

Potter (if Chelsea pull the trigger)

Imagine if we now somehow beat Chelsea on Saturday, they then sack Potter and a few days later we appoint him.

If anyone wants some of what I'm smoking drop me a DM.

He has 50 followers, it's a joke account.

Greg clearly likes Steve. And thinks he could do two jobs at once. He must have a sore wrist from all the paperwork being signed….🤣🤣🤣

Great news, an utter disaster of an appointment.

It's probably far too late for this season, but let's get a manager than can restore a bit of pride and make the Saturday afternoons a little happier.

Right, basics.

On paper this is a very good squad, and a good manager WILL get us out of this, these players have proved on occasions that they can do it.

SR can and should learn from this.

You try and go cheap in the Premier League it’ll only cost you more.

They now need to pay out to make it right.
