World Cup - Saints Watch

So who have we got to look at for in the world cup?

Disappointingly only two current players: 

- Sailsu (TBC - Ghana)

- ABK (Germany - suspect won't get a huge amount if game time)

 

Ex-Saints (probably a few I've missed):

- Bednarkek (Poland)

 - VVD (Netherlands)

- Mane (Senegal)

- Shaw (England)

- Bale (Wales)

- Hojbjerg (Denmark)

- Yoshida (Japan)

- Alderweireld (Belgium)

- Lovren (Croatia)

-  Tadic (Serbia)

Rather our players are at home working with Nathan Jones and the new coaches than wasting their time at this farce of a world cup.

That's the upside. Hope there are no holidays for our bunch and they can really get some practice in. Che may even get to recognise a net.

I really like him, he's hardworking, good off the ball and gets get into good positions. For us, and himself, I just hope he can that finishing sorted out. He deserves some success, bless him (as mad Nate would probably say).

Yes indeed, plus less likely to get injured, and not fatigued if they are in a team that goes far into the knockouts.
