trousers Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 My money's on this thread getting to 127 posts before we actually know the correct time. Just a hunch mind you.
alpine_saint Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 Who's going to take the conference and introduce Wotte then ? Considering Lowe is conveniently on holiday again and Wilde is a pussy, is Cowan going to take it ?
Junior Mullet Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 Wilde is a pussy Well bugger me, Alpine and I actually find something we agree on!
N/West Saint Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 My money's on this thread getting to 127 posts before we actually know the correct time. Just a hunch mind you. Its sometime today. HTH
trousers Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 Anyone know the time of the press conference today?
SaintRichmond Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 Lowe will be conducting it via satelite link from his mountain retreat at Bertchesgarten ............
Mole Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 Lowe will be conducting it via satelite link from his mountain retreat at Bertchesgarten ............
Mole Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 Email: jsibley@saintsfc.co.uk On the OS it states all enquiries about the Press conference should be sent to him.
Big Bad Bob Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 From 12.30pm, Wotte and his assistant first team coaches Michael Svensson and Dean Gorre, will be taking questions from Press within the Press Conference room at St Mary's Stadium. There will be no representation from Board level at today's press conference.
ladysaint Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 I cant believe that there will not be a representative from the board at the PC, obviously they are avoiding answering any difficult questions.
Channon's Sideburns Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 I cant believe that there will not be a representative from the board at the PC, obviously they are avoiding answering any difficult questions. Gutless, spineless cowards....
Mole Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 I cant believe that there will not be a representative from the board at the PC, obviously they are avoiding answering any difficult questions. It's unbelievable and is the sort of distancing you see from a regime on the brink of collapse.
DT Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 Pathetic. Now Rupert is not even brave enough to face the press. Shame on you, Mr Lowe. Perhaps he is oiling Sir Clive's back on a sunbed as we speak.

There will be no representation from Board level at today's press conference. What! Not even Der Fuhrer standing by to ensure that the party line is adhered to? Aaah! They'll probably have the guy there that asked Dave Armstrong to leave, that'll ensure compliance.
eurosaint Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 (edited) What time is it ? Is it on the radio ? Edited 26 January, 2009 by eurosaint Forget it, I just saw the other thread !

david in sweden Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 I cant believe that there will not be a representative from the board at the PC, obviously they are avoiding answering any difficult questions. Mmm...what sort of difficult questions did you have in mind, Lady Saint ?
EastleighSoulBoy Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 ****ed up again, someone got a thread in before me ! Missed out by 3 hours and 33 minutes. Close, well relatively so.
Gemmel Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 Mmm...what sort of difficult questions did you have in mind, Lady Saint ? How long is wootes contract How much did Jan get paid off Who the fook is Kim How accurate was Charles Sales article about going into administration What are Crouch's two proposals and are you considering them Are your positions (lowe and wilde) becoming untenable What do you think about the protests and groundswell of support against the board.
Glasgow_Saint Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 Anyone know the time of the press conference today
trousers Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 In b4 the lock http://saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=8818 Yeah, 'cause that thread is really helpful....
saint lard Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 No mention of it coming up on SSN. I find this quite strange,i have been waiting the majority of the morning for them to make some reference to a press conference at SFC. I sense a total anti-climax this supposed "press conference". Especially when niether PLC or Football Chairmen can show their faces.
saint lard Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 BBC south today will be live at St Marys during the lunchtime news bulletin, which has just started.
graymalkin33 Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 I cant believe there wont be a board room presence there..... I mean the only times you see just the managment team is at the pre match conference..... It gets more bizarre by the day doesnt it.
Scummer Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 I mean the only times you see just the managment team is at the pre match conference..... Interestingly, there's a match tomorrow. Maybe this is the pre match conference?
John B Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 I did not know why they needed a press conference in the first place. But when it was announced I thought it may be a way of letting fans know what is really going on. But keeping us in the dark only leads to rumours most which are probably untrue. So now we are probably in a worse position than we were early this morning
saint lard Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 Wotte has been speaking for the last hour, appreciates we are in trouble, confident we can improve and happy with the team around him. Great, scintilating stuff. More details in tonights BBC south today.
Master Bates Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 Wotte has been speaking for the last hour, appreciates we are in trouble, confident we can improve and happy with the team around him. Is he Michael Jackson?
rallyboy Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 yes I for one was certainly uplifted by his rallying cry, it was as inspirational as Churchill - the four legged one. But then again I don't care what he says or does as long as he delivers points, forget the spin, points are all that matters now.
rallyboy Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 the points gathering? Hopefully tomorrow night.
trousers Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 the points gathering? Hopefully tomorrow night. Nah...the press conference....I can't wait to find out who this Waals character is....
Weston Super Saint Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 What time is it ? It's almost 15:00
Weston Super Saint Posted 26 January, 2009 Posted 26 January, 2009 Mmm...what sort of difficult questions did you have in mind, Lady Saint ? What is your name? What is your occupation? What is your specialist subject?
