Guided Missile Posted 8 November, 2022 Share Posted 8 November, 2022 (edited) Didn't see it posted elsewhere, but an interesting article in the Telegraph caught my eye: Quote Liverpool are far from alone in testing the market after the apparent feeding frenzy around the £2.5 billion Chelsea sale. Glossy brochures on behalf of various different Premier League clubs are piling up on Wall Street desks. One broker, who has seen the Liverpool paperwork, sent Telegraph Sport documents prepared on behalf of two other clubs, including Southampton. Rather than seeking a sell-off of shares, banks were instead invited to set a borrowing package for the south-coast club worth around £80 million against the club’s assets. £80 million in loans? That won't go far. Edited 8 November, 2022 by Guided Missile Wrong currency

Seeing as you view me as your 'troll' I feel it is my duty to point out it had been mentioned on at least 2 other threads before you started this one 😉 Edited 8 November, 2022 by badgerx16
