Not really sure of the difference between "head of academt operations" (saints) and "Academy Manager" (Sunderland). 

On the one hand, he's left saints to go down in level which could be worrying. On the other hand, he's been headhunted by a midtale 2nd tier side 😆

Maybe we can offer his old position to someone else at city... 🙃
