We’ve looked decent in spells but between Bournemouth knackering themselves with a ridiculously high press, us playing some long ball to break that, and the ref having a Bournemouth shirt on under his, it’s been a bit patchy.

We’ve been able to break through a few times, if we can get one of them to count we’ll be in a very nice position.

Happy to see that we’re at least trying to play out more from the back, even if it’s a bit rusty. Have to do better than the west ham game and seem to be working on it.

Bournemouth doing a lot of work off the ball which I hope bodes well for them collapsing second half.

Im not confident but feeling slightly positive off the back of that.

Well worked goal and nice to be one up. Need to attack them more. Not sure what has happened to KWP - seems not to want to get forward almost as though he's been told to stay back. Bournemouth are poor so far but suspect they'll do more second half. Ref is shocking - giving them free kicks for minor bumps - he's obviously taking no notice of the new directive to allow some physical contact.
