Andrew Watson Posted 1 October, 2022 Posted 1 October, 2022 Is it down to the majority owner D.S, is it down to K.L as well or even the ex Brentford guy R.A? If it is down to Semmens and Steele who probably know less about the football playing side than most fans then we are well and truly stuffed, and probably stuck with the man who is surely past the last chance saloon in many fans eyes.
bangkoksaint Posted 2 October, 2022 Posted 2 October, 2022 They’ll pull the plug soon enough that’s for sure. The longer this goes on the worse it’ll get for them. At the moment we aren’t out of touch with teams and potentially a new voice could get a fresh tune out of the players. Leave it until after the WC and we’re history.
Convict Colony Posted 2 October, 2022 Posted 2 October, 2022 Am sure it would be a combined decision like any board.

But we've been terrible for ages someone said 15 wins in 67 games.... Why are they suddenly going to see the light now? 1

Pilchards Posted 2 October, 2022 Posted 2 October, 2022 If they don’t sack him then the only way to force the clubs hand is not to attend the next home game. A gate of only 12,000 will make them take drastic action. PS I’ve actually never know a clubs fans to actual boycott a match other than the odd 1,000 staying outside to protest.
saintant Posted 2 October, 2022 Posted 2 October, 2022 Dragan has made a pile of money. Nobody does that without having a ruthless streak and a sharp business brain. I'm sure he'll be the one to pull the trigger as he is the investor - as a successful businessman he'll not want to allow this situation to continue and fester. If he does then he is in danger of losing a lot of money. This early in the venture he surely will not want to risk that. He'll be speaking at length with those working closely with him and will expect honest answers as to what they see the future holds under Ralph.
Badger Posted 2 October, 2022 Posted 2 October, 2022 I’d expect this to come from the owner and Rasmus Ankersen. Suspect any decision will be taken above Semmen’s . I expect Ankersen would also be heavily involved in selecting the replacement. If this is the case then it leads to the question what role Crocker continues to play as DoF Operations

I am quite sure the Club will manage perfectly well without you, good idea if you stay away 1
Saint86 Posted 5 October, 2022 Posted 5 October, 2022 I thought SR weren't going to take a hand in the day to day running of saints? In which case its on semmens like as not?

I think the call will be with Semmens, although they'll be pressure from above i'm sure, and he'll likely have to act at a certain point to protect himself.
