I believe blocks L and M in the 'Selco Main Stand' is the designated seating area for away fans, as shown in blue in the stadium plans below (confirmed in this guide here: https://footballgroundguide.com/leagues/england/league-two/st-james-park-exeter-city.html) . It looks like the usual away terrace is closed. (First screenshot below is for the Saints game and the second screenshot is an example from a standard league game which shows the normal away fan areas)

 

 

Plenty of seats available in blocks L & M...
