Lord Duckhunter Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 That was as bad as anything we saw under Hughes or Peligrino. Just unacceptable….. 9
Whitey Grandad Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Crap performance, crap game, crap result. 1
striker Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 We never looked close to scoring. Just a completely uninspired performance. 2
Micky Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Total pile of dog poo. Woeful performance. 1
Mr X Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 It's not just the defeat it's the manner of it... No grit no effort.... Nothing 3
Sunglasses Ron Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 I think we need another week of mourning for that shit show! 1
Sheaf Saint Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Ralph looks lost, like he's confused how we've lost that. 1
Jimmy_D Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Lost with a poor performance against a bunch of utterly detestable cheats, but only because of an offside goal. 1 1
santolijador Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Just now, Lord Duckhunter said: That was as bad as anything we saw under Hughes or Peligrino. Just unacceptable….. I had completely (perhaps intentionally) forgotten Hughes managed us...
Donatello Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 0/10, Ralph Don't suppose he'll get asked a challenging question about it by Radio Solent though 🙄
S-Clarke Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 One of the worst games I've football I've had to endure, and we lost it. Two inept football teams, truly inept. But we just managed to be even more inept. This was as bad as Brentford away, West Brom away and Villa away last year. I cannot think of a single good thing to say about that utter shambles. The players we started with in attack are not enough to sustain a PL team, so we really need to hope Mara, Edizoe and Aribo make a difference otherwise we are done for. We've waited 2 weeks to watch that absolute mess. I wouldn't even class that as a football match, there was very little football played. I've seen better quality at the park on a Sunday and I'm not even joking. They should all be back in tomorrow and the day after to practice touch, and pass - the two most basic principles of football at any level, which we failed to do at all. Time to have a weekend off of football I think. 6
stknowle Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 That was absolutely fucking awful. Indescribably awful. Villa we’re awful, we were beyond awful. Horrific game of football at this level. 3

aintforever Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 All that money spent and we start with the same old shit upfront and in midfield. 2
Ex Lion Tamer Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 You have to laugh really. We looked like we'd never played football before. Even our good players couldn't control the ball or complete a pass 1
hypochondriac Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 I'll sleep on it but at the moment I'm finally Ralph out. 2
Scoobysaint Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 It’s the hope that kills you. Hoped for a performance like the Chelsea game …… got one of the worst performances of Ralph’s tenure and there are plenty to choose from. Can’t believe that we rely on an 18yr old Lavia to run the game and without him we are lost. I now believe Ralph has to go. That was simply dreadful. 1
EBS1980 Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 That was woeful. Taking Diallo off with no other centre mid availabile was odd. Overrun in the middle and couldn’t string two passes together all night. 2

SNSUN Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 This is not how How date night is ending. Good night y’all. 8
beatlesaint Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Gonna struggle to take any positives whatsoever out of that shower of shite. Woeful, as bad as I’ve seen for many a year, and boy there’s been some crap in that time.
Saint Matty 76 Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 That's as bad a performance as I've seen from us since we came back up, almost rivalling the 9's. It's just baffling how much the lineup we see an hour before the game and the one we're all hoping for differ week in week out. I hope Lavia is back for Everton because if we lose to three utter dross teams in a row then we're actually in big trouble. Some of them only seem to want it against the big boys. 4
coalman Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Just now, Turkish said: It was but once Ralph has time to gel his squad together things will improve I can't defend this shit any more. Ralph recruited some exciting players then didn't use them. Ralph out. 1
CB Fry Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Personally I blame the new assistant manager for that performance. 4

hypochondriac Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Hilarious all those morons giving us 9 out of ten or higher for the transfer window or minimising our failure to, secure a top class striker. 4

You should have gone out for a meal, even if it didn’t end up like that at least you wouldn’t have to do the washing up from your takeaway whilst she’s snoring on the sofa 2
Lee On Solent Saint Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Even if AMN isn't up to speed on Ralphball, surely he cannot be any worse than that fuckin midfield 7
Suhari Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 (edited) Very poor. No-one played well. But not helped by the line up. Why was Djenepo at RM? He's a LB these days; or maybe a LM. And Moi staying on so long? Terrible decision. We clearly still have a few gaps in the squad, but surely we can do better than that? Edited 16 September, 2022 by Suhari 2
Sfcphilc Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 We have acquired some genuine talent over the summer and we stick with Djenepo, Elyounoussi and Arma. I just don't understand the logic. 4
JRM Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Midfield look completely lost and unorganised, need to fix that, win very few 50/50s and offer so little going forward 1

Sarisbury Saint Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Poor formation, poor tactics and poor team selection. Only one person to blame for that. 1
BotleySaint Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 So many errors today. Players letting the ball slip under their feet. Allowing the other team to get too close. No support going forward. No-one taking charge of anything. Never looked like scoring. Need better players.. And a manager with the ability to motivate. 1

Charlie Wayman Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Awful game, two awful teams heading for the relegation scrap.Clueless tonight. Draw a line under this and move on
Saintsfan79 Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 I don't comment often but that was the most single handed underwhelming shitshow I've seen in years, There was even more fight when we lost 9-0 twice. I think we rolled over cause the royals have a few Villa fans.... Get rid of this twat hassenaclue and let someone with some football knowledge get a hold of this diamond of a team we potentially have but looked like a bunch of bored strangers tonight. Now please before it's to late!!!
IronCitySaint Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Shouldn't have bothered wasting an afternoon watching that. Weekends are much better when Saints are not playing. That was just a bunch of blokes kicking a ball about in a park. The local over 50's walking football team have more energy and passing ability than that shower. It really does make you wonder what they do all week in training. Whatever it is they do, it is not working and needs a change. Villa had to do nothing to win that game, which is lucky for them because I thought they were equally as pathetic and appalling as us. Premier League - the best league in the world.
SNSUN Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 On the plus side Larios looked good when he came on. Need to trust the youngsters more. 1
Saint NL Posted 16 September, 2022 Posted 16 September, 2022 Lavia needs to come back soon. That midfield was nonexistent, you could see that everytime the CBs had the ball, they had to go back to the keeper. There was nothing in front of them. Awful, can't really find any positives apart from the young left back got on the pitch. Everything else was prettyich abject. JWPs form needs to be addressed, we know he can't be dropped but he can't turn in performances like that without fear of being dropped. 1
