Saints not playing bad, just need to get their heads up and pick some simple passes when playing out from the back. Every time we win possesion back in our own half, within 2/3 passes the ball is back at a Leicester player's feet. If we can sort this out we'll be in with a decent chance of scoring some goals.

Mara unlucky not to have a goal already, just didnt time his run correctly but could easily be 1-0. Dewsbury-Hall should be in the book for what the commentator lauded as a "Fantastic challenge" but he didnt get any of the ball.

For all their possesion Leicester havent at all looked like scoring, but lets hope we dont fall asleep for 10 minutes after the break and start shipping goals.

Definitely looks to be winnable, If we can get a goal things might start getting a bit restless ammongst the leicester supporters.

Defence looking better a) as a 4, and b) without Bednarek in it.

A few wild early swipes aside, Djenepo doing just fine at LB.

A Armstrong a weak link, again. Given the ball away so many times when the pass has been on.

0-0 at HT is decent though. Hopefully see Adams before too long in the second half and maybe then something will start sticking when we play it forward.

Did anyone see that graphic with the win percentages that's shown during half time?

Apparently saints chances of winning didn't change during the whole first half 🤔

How Dewsbury Hall got away with that challenge I'll never know, you must have the same clueless co commentator as we have.

Yeah, that was ridiculous. Cleaned him out. It was easy to tell he hadn't got any of the ball as the ball continued in the direction of the run.

Yellow all day long.

I remember thinking Carney was dreadful when I happened to hear her. That seemed to be over quite a while. The one night, she must have been sick of doing cliches, and offered a really insightful tactical breakdown of one of the teams. So it's in there somewhere. 🙂

Are we deliberately given the ball back to them to try and win the ball again higher up the pitch? What's with the aimless punts forward? We have 4 players in midfield all good with the ball at their feet.

How the f*ck does Moi get in this side ahead of Stu. Slow, reluctant, can’t pass, doesn’t press.

I can’t work out if they’re under instruction not to press or just being lazy. Mara not running much either

Defending ok to be honest ....Need Che Adams on soon ..someone to drop a bit deeper and hold the ball up for others to link up .

100%. Arms and Moi ineffective. Get Che on, get it into him to bring others into play

For all the talk of the fans getting behind the team the best we've looked this season is at 2-0 down to Leeds when the atmosphere was more toxic than I've seen it since Rupert Lowe was at the club.

At least Ralph can make a sub now we’re behind. Or do we always wait for two…?

No-ones stripping off so he's obviously happy with what he's seeing so far.

And there is the danger of our approach today, expecting us to keep the ball out of the net with Madison, vardy and Barnes falling over every 2 minutes was always going to result in a dangerous set play.

Now we have to have a plan b where we go up a few gears...
