Maybe Che's been angling for a transfer? #twosidestoeverystory It’s Not like Ralph to fall out with a striker… Angling for a move or not, he’s miles better than AA, so should be starting regardless. Saint Fan CaM Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 ABK is looking like a fantastic CB - so strong! 11

Saint NL Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 All over, fantastic if you ignore the first half. Che a posts width from a hattrick. We need to keep him 1
saintscottofthenortham Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 GTFI!!! Adams unbelievable. Showing a few of those exactly how it’s done!
Sarnia Cherie Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Well done Saints. Never liked Maddison ever since he thought he was too good to sign for us. I was hoping Che would get another. Up the league we go! 1
trousers Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Adams will obviously get the pundit's MotM, but Bella-Kotchap for me 14
Saint Matty 76 Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Fucking quality, finally some fight shown in the past week with the Leeds comeback and now this. Just need a bit more quality in attack brought in (as well as a fullback) and we should stay clear of trouble. Che & Bella-Kotchap top class. 3

davefizzy14 Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Get in! absolutely brilliant. Adams you beaut, almost a hat trick too!
BotleySaint Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Ketchup really cut the mustard today. 7 2 2
Sheaf Saint Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Great result, and actually well deserved in the end. Apart from the goal, Leicester didn't really trouble Bazunu. 3
Saint NL Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 (edited) Smart from Ralph. You can't win the "points lost from winning positions" table if you don't start playing until you're a goal down. Genius Edited 20 August, 2022 by Saint NL 6 5
Bad Wolf Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 I switched off at 2-0 last week having been reliably been informed that Ralph has no Plan B, I did the same when we went 1-0 down today. Fed up of this. We've lost 4-1, 2-0 and 1-0 so far in a set of games we should probably have taken 2 points off 4

Either Ralph should have started with Adams or it was a tactical masterstroke leaving him on the bench and bringing him on to prove a point. Quite often players play better when they come on versus when they start. We could always give the manager the benefit of the doubt... 4
Suhari Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Great stuff. Hats off to the fans too: sounded brilliant. Points lost from winning positions is so last year. It's all about points gained from losing positions now! 6
Yorkshire Saint Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Great result. Listening to Blackmore and Tessem .. 2 of my favourite bits of Saints commentary. "Leicester win a free kick and the players are starting to square up... Lyanco wants to take them all on because in his mind I am Lyanco" & "Lavia has Maddison in his pocket" 3
saintant Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Great result especially coming from behind. Glad Ralph saw sense with the formation and won't knock him for not starting with Che as he hadn't trained much. Whatever any of us say we got three good points and Che's value just went up - not that we should be considering selling him. The two big lads in the middle of defence seem to already be forming a partnership and it beats that 5 at the back shit where everyone thinks someone else is going to cut out the danger and nobody does. 4 points from those first three games is very acceptable. Onwards and upwards - bring on United! 5
Jeremy Corbyn Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 1 point off the champions league places! Time to get that passport renewed. 2 2
obelisk Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Saints showing quite some resilience. Good to see. 2
Disco Stu Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Very solid defending today with a back four. Deserved the clean sheet and would have got one if not for a well taken free-kick from Maddison. ABK looks like a beast. Djenepo had possibly his best overall game for us. If we can get our selections right from the start in future, we might be able to win some games comfortably this season. 3
gammon cheeks Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 To all the muppets who think we should sell Che Adams ...eat your own shit! 2 5 1 1
Jimmy_D Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Gerrrrin! Excellent result, players clearly still with Hasenhuttl after picking up 4 points from behind in the last two games. 4
miserableoldgit Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 I assume that we will be having a rest from the "Wreck-it Ralph" and "Adams isn't good enough" stuff for at least a few days..... 5
Wade Garrett Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Brilliant win. Obviously should keep Che. Once again I have been proven completely wrong! 4

StrangelyBrown Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 So we went up a few gears and showed what we can do!! I'll give Ralph the benefit of the doubt and say well done for managing Che and Stuey's fitness well. Great performances from almost everyone. ABK and Lavia look like they are going to be very good indeed. Djenepo barely put a foot wrong. Most importantly Leicester Cunty didn't get anything from their relentless diving and niggly fouls. What a thoroughly hateable side they are. 4

Adams is definitely good enough and should have started. Same goes for against Tottenham. We've scored 5 goals this season and he's had involvement in 4.

Saint_Jonny Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Get in! Away win! From behind! I'll wake up in a minute! 1 1
Appy Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 Brilliant character from Ralph’s rugrats. ABK man of the match for me, superb 9
Saint Fan CaM Posted 20 August, 2022 Posted 20 August, 2022 How strange. Last season our mentality was suspect losing after going ahead. This season, it’s the opposite, with us being in the ascendency after going behind and getting points. My take on this is the additional coaching brain of Selles helping Ralph to make the right decisions and a much better CB pairing in ABK and Salisu. Fair play to Djenepo too - he really is doing a good job at LB so far. 6
