The Cat Posted 12 August, 2022 Posted 12 August, 2022 Sounds good to me. Definitely works for when we don't have time to get to the pub in town before the game and can grab a quick drink by the ground instead. 2

Before the pre season game (can't remember which one) I noticed Greek Street food van on Northam / Kingsland corner, just based on the smell it was a big improvement on the burger van that used to be there. 1
adrian lord Posted 12 August, 2022 Posted 12 August, 2022 Slightly off topic but I notice much of the subliminal marketing is aimed at adolescents. They are clearly worried about the ageing demographic of the matchday fans and where the next generation are going to come from.
Mozz Posted 12 August, 2022 Posted 12 August, 2022 I am curious as to how the outside bars will work. Will you be able to get a beer and stroll freely around the stadium perimeter with it or will they have to pen everyone in outside the bar whilst drinking?

Surely the latter, although former would obviously be better. If there's going to be three new pubs on the corners of the ground surely there's potential for a pre-match Griffin Park style pub crawl. 1
Lord Duckhunter Posted 12 August, 2022 Posted 12 August, 2022 I can’t think of anything worse. Shite beer in a plastic glass, nope I’ll be sticking to the boozer
John Boy Saint Posted 13 August, 2022 Posted 13 August, 2022 Quote Feast It to introduce an ever-rotating squad of new locally sourced pop-up food venues serving everything from loaded mac ‘n’ cheese to authentic South East Asian street food Brilliant! Crickets and bugs on a stick - yummy! 🤪 One of the best street food meals I’ve had was from the stalls set up to feed all the construction workers building a bloody great big skyscraper in China. 1
