Free reliable streaming sites for 22/23

Ahead of the new season, can anyone recommend any streaming sites that aren't likely to give our PCs herpes or at the very least are fairly reliable with a stable, if not spectacular stream?

Streamsgate.tv is OK. Couple of the streams worked with some interruptions.

Get yourself an Amazon Firestick and jailbreak it as shown on YouTube.  Then install Kodi and all the sports channels possible by asking Google.  Far better quality than stream hunting and only costs £20.
