East Kent Saint Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 Cup Final available on BT Sport for 'free' tonight ! so I'm watching it . Depends if you are a BT WiFi customer I think but pretty rare to get free access .

No doubt a nice fella but BT’s coverage is normally poor and he just wants to always big up everything and obsesses about ref controversies when I th8nk he doesn’t really like football
whelk Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 Some interesting bets here. I reckon the Liverpool mention is good value 1
Lighthouse Posted 10 June, 2023 Author Posted 10 June, 2023 TBH I’m just annoyed that one broadcaster is allowed the monopoly on live CL games in this country.
adrian lord Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 Thank God that dreadful “Pepsi kickoff show” has finally finished. Even worse than the piss poor BT Sport pundits.
bpsaint Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 Wish the commentator would shut the fuck up saying internazionale every 30 seconds like he’s just learned how to pronounce it. We’ve coped with Inter Milan or Inter for years just fine. 1
OnceaSaintalwaysaSaint Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 Looking at Pep, maybe Selles thought, if I dress like him (because I'm Spanish too) people will think I'm a good manager too. 1
adrian lord Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 Classic Italian defensive performance from Inter so far, with a modern twist in regard of the pressing.
bpsaint Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 What a crap game so far. City not rising to the occasion and inter doing what Italian sides do well, go defensive and neutralise the game. Can see inter sneaking this, certainly not the foregone conclusion the pundits talked it up to be for City.

Not only does d he dress like him he tried to emulate his playing style which was ridiculous given the averageness of our squad
Lord Duckhunter Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 (edited) Inter have been superb so far. They’ll probably lose, but they’ve got it spot on tactically so far. Edited 10 June, 2023 by Lord Duckhunter 1

qwertyell Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 The Italian Brentford have too much aggression for City. They can't handle it.
FarehamSaintJames Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 Ah South Americans and rolling around. Hand in hand that. Lisandro Martinez began to get up then suddenly “broke his back”. 🤣
OttawaSaint Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 Poor match so far and Gary Birtles is near suicidal on my feed.
FarehamSaintJames Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 The longer this goes on I think it opens up for Inter, they’ve been very impressive. The referee has had a good game too.
East Kent Saint Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 What about VAR to indicate non fouls ! A lot of reverse decisions for fouls in this match favouring City .

AlexLaw76 Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 City up'd the tempo a bit in the final 3rd and now take the lead. Rodri

Whitey Grandad Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 I’ve muted my television. I can’t stand this commentator creaming himself .

And if he calls any more of these players heros..... 1

AlexLaw76 Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 That really was 2nd touch for Lukaku being a tackle (and a yellow)
Lord Duckhunter Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 McManaman is such a biased twat. So unprofessional, he’s fucking winding me up and I want city to win
AlexLaw76 Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 (edited) No way did he 'make' that save.... Edit, it was a save, but Lukaku has to score there Edited 10 June, 2023 by AlexLaw76

OnceaSaintalwaysaSaint Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 Paddypower excelling himself tonight. Saltbay now 4/1 to celebrate with the players. Time to lump on? 1
whelk Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 I wish Sky would outbid BT for European football. Coverage so much better all round

HarvSFC Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 (edited) Ederson wins Man City the Champions League. Always thought he's had a bit of an easy time at City, but proved himself tonight. McManaman and Lescott being City loyalists was weird. One will go back to licking Liverpool's arse next week, while the other from Birmingham isn't even thought of by City fans and wouldn't get near their current team. Nathan Jones can add stopping City winning the quadruple to his CV, alongside being the fittest man in the world and the best manager in Europe, with the greatest respect. Edited 10 June, 2023 by HarvSFC
whelk Posted 10 June, 2023 Posted 10 June, 2023 Statues ore. Get a grip. Utd’s CL win immeasurably more memorable. Forgettable game really although of course treble is some feat
