5-1 to Fulham. Leicester got one to make it 4-1 and then Vardy missed a penalty which is funny because much like Ashley Barnes he's a complete prick.

You’re a rather angry character, aren’t you

Leeds or Leicester could essentially stay up on 31 points this season. That’s th a magic number, how awful a year to get relegated with that target. Win 25% of your games and you’re basically safe, not that fucking hard but we are that shit we couldn’t manage it.

Mad final day at the top of the championship, Millwall were in the playoffs at half time leading Blackburn 3-1, who then performed an amazing second half comeback to win 3-4 and leapfrog them only for Sunderland to get a second half win and take 6th place. I bet it’s proper kicking off in Bermondsey about now!!

I'm not at all, just don't like those 2 players.

If you want to read some properly angry posts, there's plenty on other threads where people are calling our own players, board and manager a lot worse than a prick.

A Sunderland v Middlesbrough play off final would be interesting.

Glad Millwall stayed down as it's an easy away game next season.

Everton will beat them tonight.

Can't see it, personally. Everton have been every bit as shit as we have so far in 2023, and are just as incapable of winning their must-win games.

Brighton should win at a canter.

Ffs 😡fucking seagull shite !!!

Getting what they deserved after those embarrassing scenes when they beat Utd last week. I understand supporters getting carried away, but the players dancing about like they’d achieved something. Believed their own hype and thought they would just turn up and win today.

I knew those slimy scouse wankers would creep out of trouble. They ride their luck every season and would be financially butt-fucked if they went down but noooooo but here they are again most likely putting themselves on course for survival. Dyche does it again. I would SO love it if Everton came down with us but unless Brighton wake up and smell the European place in front of them, I think they're probably going to be OK.

I had Leicester to beat Fulham today - they won't get any points from their next two fixtures so they only have West Ham on the last day to try to pick up points. I think it's very likely that Leicester will join us in the Championship now alongside us and either Leeds or Forest. (Hopefully Leeds).

It makes little to no difference.

If you’re hanging in hope that we’re pulling a great escape out the bag then you’re deluded.

The fact that mathematical isn’t isn’t over is both hilarious and embarrassing in a number of ways. 🤣

no one cares about that, we just want everton relegated

Where are all those people saying we shouldn't have gone for Dyche because he's made no difference to Everton?

Yep, right here, they’re still absolutely dreadful. They’ve won one game in 11, I’m pretty sure Jones, Selles, Ralph, Lampard or Wigley could have managed that with their squad.

I think you’re misunderstanding. We all want Everton to go down, not Saints to stay up.

Dodged 2 bullets, Dyche and Eddie Howe.  We are way to good for them, glad we went the routes we did.

FFS!

Every year the toffees spawn their way out if relegation in May.

Yep. They look utter shit for months on end, then pull one of these unexpected performances out of the bag just when it matters.

As much as I would find it hilarious to see them relegated, I'm probably quite glad they won't be in the Championship with us next season TBH.

The amazing thing about Brighton is when the sack this useless bunch of player or sell them each for £70m  they will have 11 Ecuadoreans just waiting to sign and will just improve improve improve

I’m not thinking about us. As usual I am always thinking of others.

I really wanted those scouse bastards to get relegated.

I think he’s made a huge difference, every time I’ve seen Everton they’ve  give 100% for the whole match. He’s got them fitter as well. We don’t look fit and I can’t recall us leaving everything on the pitch at any stage this season.

Agreed. Everton haven't improved in terms of quality of play but he's certainly improved their attitudes. This season that could be enough to keep a team up. Sadly we don't have the right attitude or the quality, hence why we are going down.

Forest will leapfrog Everton tonight if it’s any consolation, and then it’s just comes down to whether Leeds or Leicester can find more points than Everton in the final 3 games. A crushing 4-3 defeat to kill the Toffees would still be the ideal outcome though!!

Everton will come straight back up, no bother. Therefore, why would anyone want them with us in the championship next season.

Because I really enjoy my Liverpool weekends, it’s (was) the one thing softening the blow of our inevitable relegation

4-3 Brighton, no worries.

I think Brighton walked out thinking the game was won, it’s very hard to break bout of that mindset in-game. An early goal could change that, but I see Everton being very hard to break down from this position.

Because they won’t come straight back up, no bother. They’re in this mess partly because their owner stopped chucking money at them. If they go down they’ll be in a right state and have to sell anything not nailed down.

We must be watching a different Everton. I saw them against Newcastle and they downed tools with 20 minutes to go. Could easily have been a 1- 6 or 7 in their own back yard. Isak danced through their defence, who put in half hearted, token challenges. Even when Everton nicked one back, Newcastle went straight back up the other end and scored again. They looked hopeless.
