I think the decision was that he had 'come back from an offside position', so benefitted from having been offside.

Either way it is a complete farce that the Wolves goal was chalked off yer Salah's is given. Wolves won that match fair and square and nobody will convince me otherwise

Wasn’t the ball played out wide off a Wolves’s player ?

But you can't be offside from a ball being played side or backward, the ball has to be played forward which I don't see!

Fantasy: City get 6 against Chelsea, Potter gets the boot. We sack NJ. Potter comes to us. Masterminds mid table finish.

I do think Potter is doomed. Felt like he was from day 1. A few more calamitous Prem results and dressing room loss of and reckon he’s toast. So could happen…

Why are we supposed to show sympathy to Chelsea because of their injured absentees ? Their starting 11 included Arrizabalaga, Chalobah, Koulibaly, Gallagher, Jorginho, Kovacic, Ziyech, Havertz, and Mount. Should be enough full international experience there to actually make it a contest.

Seems like Potter is as much out of his depth at Chelsea as Jones is at Saints.

Yes. Difficulty both have in facing their squads at their respective levels, is that the players mindset is geared to 'who the fuck are you, what have you ever won, and why should we listen to you ?'

That's assuming they've got a cogent game plan, and can put their message across.

Villa out at home to Stevenage.

Bednarek played the full game and with him in the defence (he is after all now at a bigger club appropriate to his ability) it is amazing that a League 2 team could score twice.

I’d be delighted to see some links to this 🤣

Are they allowed to send him back, ( even if we don't want him ) ?

The atmosphere at Newcastle is about as far as you can get compared to how St Mary’s will be tomorrow 😂

What, people that absolutely live and breath football and show their passion through singing, flags and really supporting their team?

Give me the Chapel or the moaning Minnies in the Kingsland North any day.

U wot m8?

Did you not see our unique, innovative and frankly amazing light show before the Forest game? It was inspiring and put us right on the map.  The Chapel kop was effervescent all night after that, especially after the OWTS funeral march pre-game.

it's quite easy when you're being banrolled by the saudis and have only lost 2 games all season

You don’t have to tell me, I dropped my Tupperware sandwich box in the melee, it was pandemonium in there.

Richest club in the world, I read. Surely nobody is jealous of them ?

Not of their Saudi money,  but I am jealous they no longer have to worry about relegation or style of play.

Howe has done a decent job there, and personally I like to see vibrant crowds. No doubt it will lead to arrogance and entitlement.

It's a Papa John's game, I'm surprised anyone went to be honest.

Wouldn't see me making that trip a few days before the same fixture in a league game.

But these are the bestest fans in all the land. They conquered Spurs at the weekend. Surely they wouldn’t only take 200 to an away game.

Apparently they’re protesting the competition - what a load of bollocks. Like they did the other year until they reached the final.

Their fans have always been full of crap, what else is new?

Yeah, strange the effect new owners with billions of cash to splash can make leading to them playing good football and winning lots of games. Or were they the same when they didn't have a pot to piss in and Bruce was their boss? Don't think they were so happy clappy then if I remember.

Straight red for Felix in the Fulham vs Chelsea game. £11m 6 month loan and he's going to miss the next 3 games 😂

Fulham look a proper team. Real hard working side and will fancy themselves against 10 men now. They were already the better side I think.

3.5 games out of 21 missed, I make that around £1.8m down the toilet. Small change for Chelsea but still funny whilst they’re floundering in mid-table.

How much longer till Potter gets the sack?

Chelsea are currently 10 points away from the CL places, and with the form they've been in they will be lucky to make the Europa League. Will the new owner be as ruthless as Abramovich was, I wonder.

Unusual for them to have Bolton away same time we play Everton away, after all the fuss that was made last weekend much more likely coaches and mini buses with stop at the same services.

Todd Boehly just strikes me as bit of a trigger happy nutter with more money than sense.

”My tea isn’t hot enough, you’re fired!” kinda thing.

Potter will be sacked probably by the end of the season.

Bizarrely I saw something the other day to suggest the opposite regarding Potter.
