According to Blackmore that's better than the overall quality of the squad.

We should just stop being arrogant

Could have done without that

Come the end of the season, as a rule of thumb, we need 40 points to stay up. Whether that’s against Leeds, Forrest, Villa, Bournemouth or whoever I don’t particularly care, that’s pretty much always been the case.

Watching Saints is a miserable, joyless affair most of the time, without slitting our wrists over every point, every team in the bottom half scores, as well. Let’s just enjoy Liverpool being sh*t and losing at Anfield, God help us if we can’t even do that.

hell of a win for Leeds.  I quite like Jessy Marsch

Really? He’s proper annoying. Always nice to see Liverpool lose, we wouldn’t get a result like that, Adams who smash it straight at the keeper or the chance would fall to Elyanoussi who would control ot and pass backwards

Or Diallo would pass it out of play. the list goes on....

You can guarantee one thing, we'll not be beating Liverpool at anfield in a few weeks.

Luckily for us, their next game at Anfield is on Tuesday, so hopefully the backlash happens then.

Pfff. They won't need a backlash vs us. Ralphie and the boys will be like tourists, taking selfies at Anfield and wanking themselves to sleep to YNWA.

We should just be glad to get to play at Anfield. It’s an honour for us to be in the same league as them. We have no right to be there. Ralph is a genius for keeping us in this league

Couldn’t agree more. Taken for the first time as a five year old to watch us beaten by Revie’s Leeds in Div 2, and in truth, apart from a bit in the 70s and 80s it’s not got much better. It is what is. I suspect many of us were born to it rather than chose Saints. If it’s glory and victory you want you’re supporting the wrong team. Wouldnt swap it for anything though. Well, just one non football thing!

Watching the newcastle highlights, they are going to rip us apart.

Arsenal game - goal difference may be important for us re Forest. Christ.

Irrelevant. According to our resident experts Forest will get their act together any time soon and fly up the table.

To be fair they are three points behind us. So one game on our current form

Lavia played the first half for the B team today and a number of 1st team squad featured. Mara scored 4 and Walcott 3 in the 8-1 defeat of Middlesbrough B team.

Forest will delve into the market in January. Their owner seems more scattergun and will probably do all he can to save face from their abysmal summer window. Throw money and hope it sticks 😅

They'll be going down regardless I reckon.

Watching the Spurs game - they are f-ing awful.

Kane, I do not believe, has broke into a sprint at any point.  Just slowly jogging around the middle of the park

Very much enjoying the prospect of Spurs going out. Will stop them singing ‘their’ song for a bit. Twats.

3 1/2 minutes to disallow the Napoli goal 🤦

Depressing watching my cash out total dropping all the time - every result going right apart from Napoli not beating Liverpool

Spurs have just equalised as well ffs

Tadic with a lovely pass for Ajax's 1st goal and an assist for Ajax's 3rd goal. Still pulling the strings on the biggest stage. Yes his time here ran its course, but we could desperately do with a player like him right now. Che would have more chances per game and hopefully take 1 or 2 🙃

Joke letting these Scottish teams in the Champions League

It's useful elite level experience for the two players a summer we get from there.

Watford under a lot of pressure in the first ten minutes. Bachmann really in overdrive.
