Not really, can't see West Ham being in the relegation mix. But Bompey almost certainly will be.

We’ll go down a place tho

just about everyone in the country the moment they heard “Mike Dean on VAR” just went “Penalty”.

Atrocious decision. The man ruins football games

If that’s a penalty that is Mike Dean just being Mike Dean. Absolute joke.

And i feel sorry for Bournemouth for the first one, not until they just mentioned Dean on VAR well youve got no chance, how the old boys  club stay together, its not fair and if it were against us ...................even more fall out if it were against a big team.................! on the other hand keeps them closer to us.

Bournemouth made West Ham work for that victory, as they did us. They're just also missing a goal scorer, and while Solanke is shit, Kieffer Moore is a big drop off in quality. Seems to be the theme of the season and they'll also be glad the World Cup's around the corner with Solanke out.

Bournemouth are dire to be honest. Bit of tip tap football that nearly always leads to them creating nothing and giving the ball away. Think they'll be in the relegation shake up come the end of the season.

I’d be fuming if I’d gone there, we’d lost 2-0 to those goals. That pen, theyve not been given all season, and the first goal IMO, should never stand.

Mike Dean innit!

Agreed I'd be fuming if we had lost 2-0 like that but I don't think you can have it both ways. I don't agree with the penalty as his arms were in a totally natural position for trying to stop the cross. However if you use the 'accidental handball' argument then you have to accept that the first goal should stand. There were several heads touching the ball, including one from Bournemouth before the ball eventually goes in.

Exactly what I thought. O'Neil had been booked earlier I heard, but was pointing at the ref and saying something at full time. Happy to keep Bournemouth as low as possible. Any 3 below is at the end, will do me fine, and it's more likely to be them than West Ham.

For the first goal his right hand seems to flick the ball towards the goal.

I can’t see how they can have it both ways though. If the first is accidental then the second should be too, in my opinion.

I noticed that Lloris was at fault for the second goal too. Could Forster be getting some minutes soon? 🙂

Lloris has been average for a few seasons according to my Dad who supports them.

Bmuff fans in melt down and are convinced there is a VAR conspiracy against them. They are working themselves into a right old frenzy.

Just like our fans would be if those decisions went against us

Not on the same level as them. They continually bleat that they never benefit from VAR decisions in their favour and reckon there is a conspiracy to make sure little old Bmuff get relegated as they don't belong in the big league.

Watched Burnley vs Norwich. Certainly wasn't a classic. Tella's probably had better matches for them, wasn't really in the game tonight despite a lot of running. Rodriguez scored a penalty against Gunn to win it and Cork was named the man of the match in the stadium, so quite the Saints reunion. Kompany's doing a very good job there, they don't even play like Burnley anymore, so considering the transition and they're now top of the Championship.

So allegedly Mbappe's salary per year is around £182 million, which is about the same as the combined wage bills of the 11-20th wage budgets of Ligue 1. If anything shows how broken the game is that is probably it.

The disallowed injury time Spurs goal was funny. Conte going mad because he thought they were through and then ends up getting sent off 😂

Delighted to see Barcelona out the Champions League. All that money thrown at the squad and still no good. They’re a financial ticking-time bomb.

Atletico Madrid also out. Will miss there absolute shithousery in the knockout stages like previous seasons.

Not sure how accurate it is but I read last night that they still owe significant amounts for players that haven’t played for the club for years.

I suppose it wouldn’t surprise me…

PSV looking really good tonight. Xavi Simons looks a great talent at 19, shame PSG have a buy back on him. Gakpo had one good finish disallowed for offside and setup a goal from a corner. Van Nistelrooy schooling Arteta with 20 minutes to go.

Why do Leeds have a reputation as being such great entertainment? Caraghher going on again just now “oh it’s mad watching them” before today they’ve only scored 3 goals in their last 5 games, that’s hardly some swashbuckling non stop attacking team

Leeds are nothing special but are having a bloody good go vs Liverpool. They very well may lose this one but you can't fault the effort and intent.

Saints could cause teams problems but no doubt King Dipshit makes them slow it down and pass it back so we can hoof it and win it back higher up the field. Ludicrous tactics and about as effective as a catflap in an elephant house.

When you are brave, you can sometimes get rewarded. If you play not to lose, well we know we see it every week...

Correct. We never ever go for it. Just tippy tap fear of losing. Which always does.

Wow, Nottm Forest and now Leeds in the space of a week.

Just when you want the clubs below us to stay there and drop points and both have Liverpool within the space of a week, you’d expect them both to get zero points 95% of the time.

Three points for them both is probably how our luck is shaping this season 😩

Yep, no touches in their box, a comfortable 4-0 win for them. Ralph glued to his seat.
