OttawaSaint Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 Dirty challenge. We've had straight reds in the past for that. 2

KWP kept looking over his shoulder at where Sessignon was but then decided to let him have a free header. Red card there surely...? Edited 6 August, 2022 by trousers

What, a lead we took in the 12th minute? I think I can forgive us for conceding a goal in the remaining 80 plus minutes, away to Spurs. 1

VectisSaint Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 The points dropped from a winning position caption will get an early airing. 2
Disco Stu Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 JWP red against Chelsea last season was tamer than that. 1
Saint Fan CaM Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 That deserves a red, but we know it’ll not be given. We’re dominating midfield but too slow in attack to take advantage.

The Kraken Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 Said it before but I don’t like this 3 at the back formation. Just looks too vulnerable down the sides. Maybe it’ll look a bit more solid with Perraud instead of Djenepo, who just looks lost at times defensively. 2
OttawaSaint Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 I don't think AA has had a touch apart from his first time shot. Adams sounds hold it up better.

Saint Fan CaM Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 Armstrong is like a statue - no anticipation of what the next play will be - no strikers instinct. 1
Saints foreva Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 Still can't defend for shite under this clown.
saintscottofthenortham Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 Absolute crock of sh*te at the back here.
OttawaSaint Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 Awful from Valery (turns back to player) and Bednarek (ball watching).
Saint Fan CaM Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 FFS - too slow getting out to stop the cross and Bednarek a statue.

OttawaSaint Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 Clearly the 3 CBs isn't more secure at the back. They get pulled all over the place.

obelisk Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 Two goals conceded from simple crosses. Saints looking vulnerable.

saintant Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 3 centre backs and we still can't defend crosses.
Disco Stu Posted 6 August, 2022 Posted 6 August, 2022 (edited) As expected Armstrong is totally absent. Edited 6 August, 2022 by Disco Stu 1
