I had deleted an email and luckily my friend brought it to my attention. Seems Saints are having issues taking payments for season tickets on installment plans when you have multiple cards on file. The email I received is below, so worth checking your payments been taken.

 

We are sorry to inform you that your Season Ticket Instalment failed to be taken from your account.
The payment run is automated for the last day of each month, which cannot be changed so we are unable to attempt to take the money again. However you are able to make the payment yourself online, we are also not advised as to the reason that the payment did not go through, only that the payment was rejected when attempted payment was made.
These are the details on how to pay off the defaulted instalment, if you have any other queries regarding your season ticket not related to the pay plan, please send a separate email to tickets@saintsfc.co.uk.
Please login into your online account. Go to update profile Payment info Check cards we have on file for you is the correct one you want the payment to come from. If no card on your account, please add one. If multiple cards on your account, please delete all cards apart from the one you want the payment to come from. Then go to your purchase history. This will bring up all your orders, find the one that says Part or Partially settled, this will be your pay plan. Click see details and scroll down to payment summary. Select the overdue Payment and pay by credit/debit card. This needs to be done as soon as possible.

I got this today. Was a bit worried, but went on and made a manual payment. I hope this doesn't happen again, these payments are supposed to be stress free!

I got this a couple of times at the beginning of last season (only got one card on account) and then it just sorted itself.  Very strange.

I’ve just looked, I’ve not had an email saying there’s been payment problems but they haven’t taken payment. Where did you go on your account to make manual payment?

Thanks, just been in and done it. I genuinely thought it would be automatically deducted!

Another mess up by the club when it comes to season tickets this season. 

Didn't they send them all out really late last season and the ticket just shoved in an envelope?

Same here, But the website has to be the least user friendly website in existence, took me ages to find how to pay them.
