Do you run that account? You're always very quick to repost on here.

Regardless, thanks for your efforts in posting these links on here.  I'm sure I'm not the only one who looks out for them

I don’t, but it’s a bloody good account, IMO.

That’s very kind, cheers.  If I get the time to post them, then I do.

Got to love the transfer window action.

First time I've seen that 4-0, and we signed Keller after that? 😮 Even if it was an emergency.

Was a good GK over his career.

I’d far rather the Kasey Keller we had on loan towards the end of his career to either FF or AM that we’ve had over the last 4-5 years.

None in the Niemi league mind.

Yes, boss.

On a side-note to this deal (& others) - I'm getting a kick out of the CM95 nostalgia of football agents.

Just read Martin Dahlin is Svanberg's agent & that Gavi's agent is Ivan de la Pena :D

Ivan de la pena is a blast from the past, quality footballer

I'd agree he didn't do this enough

I remember that game, we were 2-1 down in a weird atmosphere as lots of rumours Sturrock might be sacked beforehand. Friend I was sitting shouted ‘hit it’ which echoed around the Kingsland North as it left his boot and it flew in. Mix of cheers and laughter!

IIRC wasnt this Andy D’Urso’s watershed as a PL referee - booked Barry Ferguson twice and no sending off and the laughable penalty decision when Short leaned over Beattie with no appeals? Bet Blackburn weren’t laughing although by May they were as we went down.

As for Anders, had some great games, not least the Leeds goal in a 3-2 win 2003/4, but it was either him/Oakley for me. Would suit the current side well, at his best when paired with stronger physical engines around him eg Tessem, Telfer, Delap.

I was there too although it says a lot about my memory that I can't remember half the stuff you mention! Great turnaround win though

Was that the same bloke as Ruddock headbutted at The Dell after running half the length of the pitch ? Think he wss playing for Notts County at the time.

Gutted if Alex Crook Is right 😂

He's signing next few days then... Can't except Crook is on the money this early into the window and then have to believe every other rumour he posts...

Yes it was. Went back his sailing instruction business on Lake Windermere after he finished playing and then got drawn back into managing and coaching. Not sure what he is up to now.

I can’t remember much before that goal, possibly it was 1-0 Saints and 2-1 to them, Paul Dickov possibly getting a rare goal for them. Will have to look it up. It was a weird game in a weird atmosphere, muted celebrations even for the goals. I think the fans knew trouble was brewing behind the scenes with Sturrock then Wigley.
