That’s always been a myth which annoyed me. He may have been wildly inconsistent in front of goal but I never saw anything resembling a lack of effort. Rasiak and Stern John were the lazy strikers back then. I think we obviously differ on that, he worked hard but the spark dulled once he had signed on the dotted. However Rasiak I can agree with you on being blooming frustrating. As mentioned before, the Norwich game the night before going out on loan, as those around us commented on his performance "there's going to be a man waiting in the tunnel with a bottle to be pee'd in!". They didn't run around a lot but they were both pretty slow. They played to their strengths and did what they were good at, scored goals.
