Along with Godfather II, one of the best mob movies.

Agreed, and Donnie Brasco is another one.

Probably my favourite movie of all time. Fantastic casting, Ray Liotta was brilliant.

Excellent in Field of Dreams too, the first film I saw him in.

Can't get over he was 67. Regarding Goodfellas some genuine ex mobsters (Michael Franzese for example) felt he was too good looking to play the Henry Hill part (which he was), but in the film he was a perfect foil to DeNero's hardened criminal and Pesci's psychotic Tommy DeVito character (based on a real life mob nutter Tommy DiSimone). Aside from that, the only actor to have the top of his skull removed by the great Anthony Hopkins!
