this. I don't often criticise his subs, but absolutely no excuse for no making a sub on the hour or earlier. We did nothing after half time.

I guess that shows why we didn't try to go toe to toe with them. We press and they waltz through it and we are in trouble.

He gets continually slated for not changing from his 4-2-2-2, he does that, plays a 4-5-1 which is hard to break down and still gets slated. He gets slated for not starting Romeu but we haven’t been world beaters since he came on.

 

The guy can’t win.

Hopefully this is the last time we see Redmond, Diallo, Stephens, Moi and Tella at St. Mary's. So much deadwood, I would add McCarthy to that list but seems someone decided to give him a new deal.

Spineless Saints sounds about right, Did my usual  bet once we'd taken the lead on Liverpool to win. 

After a long tiring season Liverpool would have been hoping to avoid a high energy game, we've obliged them drifting along

It’s not the fact we’re losing. It’s been a crap lifeless passive performance. We’ve just rolled over for them. They’re winning and not really had to do that much to be ahead.
