AlexLaw76 Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 Surely we need to be better against a heavily changed side?
Saint_clark Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 Bloody hell boys, we're still drawing why are our heads down already?

Turkish Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 “A brilliant thought from Harvey Elliot” dear me he whipped in hopeful cross as it as the only option he had which was deflected near firmino
qwertyell Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 Pretty tragic how much better Liverpool reserves are than our first team. We're not even trying to get on the front foot against them. So much for our "champions league final". 1
Dman Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 Has elyounoussi touched the ball? Forgot he was playing. 1 1

nta786 Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 This is a Liverpool B team all over us at home where we have had 10 days off... I am hating how passive we look, hardly even pressing. Can only hope part of Ralph's plan to save some energy for the 2nd half but to do that we can't go in a goal or two down... Also looking likely we will end up accumulating another 3 points to Ralph's "points dropped from winning positions"
Saint_clark Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 Diallo needs to come off asap. What the fuck has Ralph seen to pick him over Romeu who was a contender for player of the season? 1
M271 Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 We haven't strung more than 3 passes together for the last 15 minutes.
obelisk Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 This really is men v boys stuff. Saints hardly able to get a sniff. Just a matter of time now. Thank goodness we don't need any points.
adrian lord Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 Looks like their players have decided McCarthy’s dodgy and decided to shoot at will.
Convict Colony Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 cant wait to see out possession stats at half time

hackedoff Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 Goal apart, this has been absolutely dire. This keeper and defence next season doesn't bear thinking about.

Their reserves being the likes of Konaté who was triple the price of anyone we’ve got on the pitch? 2

Saint_clark Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 Are we trying to hold on for the draw now 😂 flat back 5, line of 4 just in front of them and just booting it for Broja to chase anytime we get the ball.
Saint_clark Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 Fuck sake Stephens and Redmond screaming at Diallo to pass it wide to Salisu, he goes back to the keeper, they scream at him to pass it to Salisu, he punts it long.

nta786 Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 There are some teams that when they line up the way we have, wouldn't ever look like conceding. Atletico Madrid are obviously one of the best at it, but there are other PL teams who can manage it. We look fragile/open, and only a matter of time. Half time need Romeu to come on 1
Chez Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 2 minutes ago, AlexLaw76 said: We are so bad. Not even competitive like a league 1 side playing them in the cup and hoping for a set piece goal. Show some fuckign bollocks chaps. Get on the ball 3
Sheaf Saint Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 Well at least our goals to shots ratio is decent for a change. 1
Teddeer Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 Tella far too weak physically at this level. Just gets brushed off the ball every time. 1
obelisk Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 Saints trying to hold out for the Ralph half time team talk. Second half we'll be all over them. I can dream. 1

Bewildered Posted 17 May, 2022 Posted 17 May, 2022 Liverpool should get a points deduction if they fail to beat us playing like this.
