At the adventure barn near Marwell.

 

Davis seemed a bit disappointed with Jan's exit, but did point out that in this day and age it is pretty honourable to resign, rather than wait for the boot and inevitable payoff.

 

He also felt the Wotte thing has been brewing so was not a big shock to the them.

 

Genuinely decent chap and very good of both of them to humour me, whilst they were clearly on a family outing.

 

I couldn't resist asking Davis if he was staying, and he did reply that he hopes so, unless Man Utd come in for him :-)
