Driving to Brighton and parking

Hi all, I'm driving to the game and am looking to park at one of the park and ride sites. Does anyone who's been before recommend a particular one and also the travel time from there? Cheers in advance.

For future reference we parked at the race course and it was really easy. About a 15 minute bus ride in and out and very well organised. All in all a good experience and a decent away day apart from the defensive mistakes. Saints fans were on top form today - Incredible atmosphere in the away end.
