Sad news - a great drummer in a band of great drummers.

Genuinely a brilliant musician, far too young, he was a force of nature on the drums. You only have to look at the reaction to the news to know how highly regarded he was in the music world and he wasn’t even the front man. It’s incredible when an instrumentalist in a band gets to shine as bright as some front men. 

Have always been a huge Foos fan, and this one hurts a lot. Won’t be the same seeing them live without him from now on.

One of the few people that could have been on stage with Grohl and not make you wish it was Grohl was on the drums, he’ll truly be missed.

Can only imagine how tough this will be for the rest of the band, especially considering the reason Foo Fighters were formed in the first place.

Shocking news. Saw him at The Brook in 2010 (I think). I've never seen anyone hit the drums so hard, or so ferociously, it was truly an experience that sadly I won't see again.

One of the best, and will be missed.

😢- seriously cannot believe it. Been in shock all day. My favourite band. Have tickets to see them for the 14th time in June, but who knows what the future holds.

Sadly but not surprisingly all FF tour dates are cancelled tfn.
