Micky Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 It's a pen but I'm not that assed that we didn't get it. 1

Saints foreva Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 It's embarrassing how comfortable this has been for Watford. 1

hackedoff Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 Not going down so in the eyes of the club, another successful season completed.
Doctoroncall Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 The only saving grace is Everton is closer to the drop with this result.

OttawaSaint Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 Our passing must be at about 60% today. Awful.
skintsaint Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 (edited) Not arsed by this defeat. We looked fookin rubbish and will get drubbed by City in the cup if they don't improve massively. Bednarek so crap in the air as well, never looks like he is going to win a header. Sissoko been a boss for them today. Glad Everton lost, makes it a bit easier. Edited 13 March, 2022 by skintsaint

Saints foreva Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 FT. Shocking performance from players and manager. Watford were comfortable as fuck and 2-1 flattered us. 2
Saint_clark Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 What a fucking awful week. Players gone on strike after all being dropped for the FA cup game? Load of wank. 3
Dorchester Saint Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 Average mid table premier league side doing what average mid table premier league sides do. FA Cup next, no pressure.
BotleySaint Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 Squad is a bit better this year. But we still lack decent alternatives to the middle two. Surprised Armstrong doesn't get more of a look in ..
badgerx16 Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 Just now, Mr X said: Not sure where the mindset of this team is? just so fragile Comes from the manager. Didn't turn up for Villa, poor against the Toon, and I am not sure they had any idea as to how they were told to play today. 2
USaint Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 On the beach performance again for the league. Can’t imagine Pep is at all concerned for next week from what he’s seen from us recently. I guess Ralph will go back to the last cup line up and hope for the best. 1
Uncle Albert Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 Minds on cup game, let’s not get out of proportion.

OttawaSaint Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 Funny old game eh? We put out our reserves and we think the club are prioritizing the league, win that one vs the first team of the team 5th in the league.. Then we lose 3 straight to teams below us (2 at home).

Lol as if the manager is telling them to play badly Players have to take responsibility on the pitch and nobody did 1
Baird of the land Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 Absolutely pathetic display. Really getting sick of this team that fools you into thinking they give a damn and then shows a yellow streak a mile long.
Micky Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 Total garbage from top to bottom. Forget this game, after the last two games, you would think the players would be busting a gut to win this. It was a stroll in the park for Watford. Next week could be bloody embarrassing live on national TV. 3
Teddeer Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 Can't even get particularly bothered about that because it was all a bit predictable. We are well used to this team building up our hopes that they are capable of something and then they proceed to disappoint us with a run of abysmal form. It's just the way of things. Good job we have plenty of points in the bag.
CB Fry Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 Pretty clear that our players absolutely desperately wanted to win that match at exactly the same level of desire as Watford.
Pamplemousse Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 We created nothing in the second half other than that Adams header and set pieces. It was a terrible performance and our so-called "creative" players were missing.

M271 Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 How can we have gone from an unstoppable well oiled machine 11 days ago to being so disjointed and not flowing now? 2
adrian lord Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 What the heck has happened since our hot streak? I don't buy the "distracted by the cup game" stuff for one second. 1

But this team can play sublime football one minute and completely wave the white flag the next, seems a common theme with Ralph's style, severe lack of consistency! And no answers to any team that gets players behind the ball 1
trousers Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 (edited) We seem to be the masters at taking our foot off the pedal once we get a sniff of relative safety around March time. That's 3 half-hearted games on the trot. Baffling after such a good c.3 month period (aka "a few games"). Maybe the players have got wind of all the superstars that Dragan intends splashing out on in the summer...? Edited 13 March, 2022 by trousers 1

washsaint Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 Wow, when the wheels come off they really come off. Awful today (same as the last 2 games where we were hopeless) - from the manager trying to be too clever with the starting line-up through to the players who looked clueless. Teams have well and truly worked us out again - give use the ball, pack the midfield and know we have no creativity. I would have Stephens over Bednarek every day of the week. As well as we played for 12-15 games we have played hopelessly in the last 3. Will we get any more points this season (of course we will but not if we play like the last 3 games)? 1

woodsaint1 Posted 13 March, 2022 Posted 13 March, 2022 What a fucking shite week. Need to be looking 5-6 points, we ended it with zero 😂 Villa was bad, Newcastle was pathetic and today somehow managed to be the worst of the lot Nobody was even semi decent today. Absolutely embarassing performances from Salisu, Bednarek, Forster, Romeu, Moi and Armstrong. The run of good form looks a distant memory now, and so does the top half ambitions. Lucky we've enough points on the board already 1
