I wonder if I can get some airtime on a channel discussing something I don't actually have any knowledge in. He seems to be following the Alex Crook route.

I've been informed he works at Tesco but is transferring to Sainsbury's for £350/week

Barkley would be a great signing on a free! I'm in the minority I know however I'd imagine that, for free at least 12-13 clubs in the PL would take him.

But I can't take anything seriously that Fabrizio guy says. He was in the know a couple of times and has blown up because he provides 'stories' to all his followers. Feels like he's become a celebrity for no real reason.

I agree with you. He isn't the first player to have lost his way at a big club, won't be the last either. Still think he is a decent option for a club like us.

It’s not free though is it? He would want a signing in fee and god knows how much in wages (would be in the region of what he was in at Chelsea).

I would doubt that he would get anywhere near what he was on at Chelsea with another club. If he is being advised that, then he needs to change agents. Surely for the good of his career he would take playing over wages?

Let journalists do all the hard work unearthing and writing transfer stories, find them on twitter/Google search, then, effectively regurgitate what they have written, passing the `news' off as your own. Become known as an expert on a `club'.  Stealing a living. But then again, if someone is willing to pay for those words, fair enough.

Putting it out there, if we could ship of Salisu for 40 mil+ to Newcastle and bring in this Lacroix lad for less I’d say that’s good business. Longer contract, meant to be the dogs bollocks and let’s be honest Salisu hasn’t looked that great for 6 months or so now

felt like that train had sailed when we said no in January and they then spent on Botmann earlier in this window, but if he still hasn't signed a new deal, the club may feel now is the time to sell, maybe. Would cover our expenditure, which we need to do at some point in the next year or two.

I've seen that guy on twitter and he never claims to be in the know. He says he's just like everyone else but he collects rumours and shares them. He openly said he has no inside info. Why do you think he's getting a living from his twitter account?

why are they loaning James out? Seems a strange move. I'm not a big fan, he's super fast, but end product is often limited...but don't they need a squad player like him?
