That's the fella who said yesterday that Edozie was off to Leverkusen. Not sure that he's any more reliable than your man Crook.

Expand

he's incredibly reliable on youth football. Followed by Tino, Broja and a load of others.

He meant we hijacked the Leverkusen deal yday, he just worded it weirdly.

Looks like a mass ‘Ralph train’ revealing beyond 10pm and it’s looking more and more like it, if we actually have anything over the line yet..

Defenders and Midfielders but not a much needed big Striker would be the only disappointment to end a very very strong window.

Start of July roughly.

Chelsea are run by a load of clowns nowadays, they had a somewhat decent footballing background with Buck, Mariana and Cech fronting up the transfer side of things. They've now got a random yank trying to play football manager, hence the waffle attempt (if true) to sign JWP as they are flapping around like idiots.

Exactly. The owner having pictures taken with the new signings, saying how wonderful they are. Doubt if Tuchel is impressed

They seem to be in for a lot of players - like the other guy from PSV

Not at all.  Just amusing seeing how salty people get with Crook (who is clearly an arse).

Expand

Highlighting that he's as accurate as a broken clock = salty. Maybe put 'new dictionary' on your Christmas list this year... ;)

He seems to be cutting a very frustrated figure at the moment. Wouldn’t surprise me if he isn’t there before too long.

If we are potentially looking to move out Theo and Redmond then you'd have to assume we have another attacker lined up (in addition to Edozie), otherwise it's a bit bonkers.

Go to be, you'd think.  I know they have no featured now, but the fixtures will start to pile up, assuming we get past Wednesday in the cup etc

You’d think… but there’s absolutely no links to anyone 🤷‍♂️

Let's see what happens!

My betting is that both Theo and Redmond will still be here tomorrow and that will be that. I don't think financially either will work for Bournemouth or WBA, they're simply paid too much.

You would think so. Perhaps that’s why we have not had any announcements from the club on incoming players - just too busy trying to sign up a striker. 🤷

Yep, he's far better than national league. Hopefully he'll do well and find a level somewhere between there and here.

Got the feeling of a late, out of nowhere signing. We know we've got some money aside and we know we need to strengthen. It's the hope that kills you.

Both, however are out of contract next season and we don’t seem to have any need for them. It’s perfectly plausible that we’d be willing to subsidise some of their wages to offload them.

Walcott and Redmond will still be here tomorrow.

No one is picking up Walcott’s wages, and if Redmond’s partner is homesick how does moving to Bournemouth help?

I think all our signings will be announced tomorrow, and one of them will be a completely out of the blue attacking one.

As positive as that is, he's been getting on the bench recently. If redmond goes too then we are losing some attacking options.

Expand

Assuming we've paid £10m for Edozie, he'll be around the first team.

Not really. Aribo A Armstrong,  Mara and the new lad from city play where redmond can and Theo barely featured second half of last season
